Polybrominated diphenyl ethers are one of the persistent pollutants listed in the Stockholm Convention Appendix A.They are persistent, lipophilic, and highly toxic and potentially toxic to humans and have attracted widespread attention and become a research focus.PBDEs were detected in different degrees in environment, aquatic products, animal products and feed. But the current standard quantitative method was by HRGC-HRMS,which has high cost and complex detection process. The purpose of this study is to,based on GC and GC-MS/MS instruments, establish a simple and fast analysis and detection method to provide accurate data for human health risk assessment of egg products in Shanghai.(1)The analytical method for the detection of BDE-209 and some of its metabolites in chicken and eggs based on gas chromatography electron trap(GC-ECD)was established.Chicken and egg samples were extracted with n-hexane-dichlorom ethane(1:1,v/v)mixed solvent, purified by acidic silica gel column,GC-ECD detected, and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the 8polybrominated diphenyl ethers had a good linear relationship in the range of 1 to500ng/m L,and the correlation coefficients(r~2)were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits were 0.025 to 0.125 ng/g and the Quantitative limit were 0.1 to 0.4 ng/g.When the addition level is 1 ng/g,5 ng/g,10 ng/g,the recovery rate is 66.0%?146.7%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.1%?16.7%.The method is simple and stable. It is suitable for analysis of 8 polybrominated diphenyl ether residues in chicken and egg products.(2)A triple quadrupole GC-MS/MS was established to detect 24 polybrominated diphenyl ethers in eggs. The samples were extracted with n-hexane-dichloromethane(1:1,v/v)mixed solvent, purified by silica gel flory silica,GC-MS/MS detection, and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that in the range of 0.1 to500.0 ng/m L,24 polybrominated diphenyl ethers had good linear relationships, the correlation coefficients(r~2)were all greater than 0.99,the method detection limits were0.001 to 0.005 ng/g and the Quantitative limit were 0.003 to 0.015 ng/g.When the added level is 0.015 ng/g,0.100 ng/g,0.500 ng/g,the recovery rate is between 73.8%and 141.5%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.7%to 13.7%.This method is suitable for the analysis and detection of PBDEs in poultry eggs, and it is also applicable to the study of human health risk assessment of PBDEs in chicken and egg.(3)Exposure assessment of 24 PBDEs in Eggs and duck eggs raised locally in Shanghai was conducted. The 51 egg samples were collected in farms or factory from 5district of Shanghai, and analyzed by GC-MS/MS methods.Using simple distribution model methods, the dietary intake of polybrominated diphenyl ethers and margin of exposure to different sex consumer groups was assessed by benchmark dose limit.The24 PBDEs were detected, but no The methoxy BDEs were detected in the samples. The results showed that men's intake of PBDEs in eggs in descending order was aged,middle-aged,and young, for women was aged, youth, and middle-aged.The women's intake was generally greater than that of men.The margin of exposure of BDE-47,BDE-99,BDE-153,and BDE-209 are all over the EU limit 2.5,which means the risk of PBDEs of Shanghai residents in local eggs is little.
