Spent LiCoO2 Batteries has a large number of valuable metals.Recovery valuable metals from the spent LiCoO2 Batteries,It can turn waste into treasure.In this paper,the process of recovery aluminum,copper,cobalt from the spent LiCoO2Batteries was studied.The process contents are as follows:?1?The process of removal aluminum from the spent LiCoO2 batteries was studied.The influences of reaction time,reaction temperature,alkali concentration,liquid to solid ratio were investigated.The results showed that when the reaction time was 120 minutes,reaction temperature was 70?,alkali content was 28 g/L.liquid to solid ratio was 12?1.The leached rate of was aluminum more than 93%on the two-stage leaching,the leached solution recovery aluminum was studied.The influences of pH were investigated.best deposited aluminum after the first-stage alkaline precipitated aluminum ions pH was 7.?2?The process of leached cobalt and copper on alkali leached powder material the was studied.The influences of sulphuric acid concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid to solid ratio were investigated,The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 85?,reaction time was 105 minutes.sulphuric acid concentration was 3.5 M,liquid to solid ratio was 20?1,The leached rate of cobalt was more than 95%on the two-stage leaching.The leached rate of copper was more than 76%on the two-stage leaching.the kinetics on the leached cobalt was studied,Linear fitting correlation coefficient of second-order dynamic model:R2=0.997,Second order kinetic rate constant:k2=0.003 L/?g.min?.?3?The process of recover copper from the leached liquor was studied,.The organic solution recovery copper was studied.The influences of volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase?O/A??shock reaction time,pH of leachate,extractant concentration of AD100 was studied on the recover copper test.The results showed that when volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase?O/A?was 1,shock reaction time was 5 minutes,pH of leachate was 2.0,extractant concentration of AD100 was 30%.The extraction rate of cobalt was more than 99%on the third-stage extraction.The influences of volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase?O/A?and sulphuric acid concentration was studied on the stripping extraction.The results showed that volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase?O/A?was 1.The sulphuric acid concentration was 2.7 M.The stripping rate of copper was more than99%on the third–stage stripping extraction.?4?The process of recovery cobalt from the recoved copper solution was studied.second-stage removal aluminum recoved copper solution.More than 98%of aluminum removed.The process of recover cobalt from the second-stage removed aluminum solution was studied.The influences of mole ratio of C2O42-and cobalt,pH,reaction temperature,reaction time was studied.The results showed that the mole ratio of C2O42-and cobalt was 1.2,reaction temperature was 55??reaction time was 55 minutes.The precipitate rate of cobalt was 96.2%.Analysis of the reaction order of recovery cobalt?Precipitation reaction series analysis of cobalt precipitation process,The precipitation process can be regarded as a secondary reaction model.
