In recent years,with the continuous advancement of my country's industrialization process,the paper industry as an important part of the national industrial basic raw material industry has also achieved rapid development.However,the shortage of fiber raw materials,serious environmental pollution,and energy shortage are still the three major problems that restrict its development.In terms of water pollution,papermaking wastewater has become a key and difficult issue in the field of industrial water treatment because of its complex organic pollutants,high suspended solids content,high chemical oxygen demand,and poor biodegradability.With the increasingly strict discharge standards for water pollutants in the paper industry,advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater is imminent.The new high-level persulfate oxidation technology based on sulfate radicals has good industrial application prospects due to its advantages such as good degradation efficiency and stability,low cost of medicines,easy storage and transportation,simple operation and short processing cycle.This paper takes the biochemical effluent of the paper mill as the research object,explores the impact of various factors on the removal effect of CODCr in the wastewater treatment process of the technology,completes the engineering application design and commissioning operation of the technology,and combines the manual control process of the treatment system.The emergence of the problem,through the analysis of Fuzzy BP neural network,completed the design of the intelligent dosing system for this process.The main work content and conclusions are as follows:?1?Taking the biochemical effluent from a wastewater treatment station of a paper mill as an object,the sulfate radical generated by sodium persulfate is activated by ferrous salt to achieve oxidative degradation of organic pollutants in water.At room temperature,keeping other experimental conditions unchanged,the initial p H,the dosage of ferrous salt,the dosage of sodium persulfate,the dosage of polyaluminum chloride?Poly Aluminum Chloride,PAC?,etc.Factors affect the degradation rate of CODCr.Experiments show that sulfate radicals can achieve effective degradation of CODCrunder acidic to neutral conditions;the optimal dosage of ferrous ion is 0.6 g/L;considering the degradation effect and drug cost,sodium persulfate is optimally added The amount of concentration is 0.3 g/L;adding the appropriate amount of flocculant PAC is helpful for ion precipitation,and the optimal amount of PAC is 0.12 g/L.?2?Completed the engineering application plan design of 3600 m3/d persulfate advanced oxidation technology for advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater biochemical effluent.After the commissioning and operation,the water quality indicators of the effluent such as CODCr?NH3-N?TN?TP reached the standard for a long time and met the requirements of the water pollution discharge limit in the"Water Discharge Standards for Pulp and Paper Industry"?GB 3544-2008?.The total cost of the process is 1.30 yuan/t,the drug cost is 0.96 yuan/t,and the proportion is 73.72%.?3?In order to meet the requirements of water discharge standards,stabilize the effluent water quality,at the same time effectively save water resources,and realize the reuse of industrial water.Completion of 200 m3/d persulfate advanced oxidation+double membrane method combined process for advanced treatment of paper-making biochemical effluent pilot-scale engineering application program.The operation results show that the water quality indicators of the CODCr,NH3-N and TP of the effluent are better than the Class IV standards of GB3838-2002;the TN and SS are better than the water pollutant discharge limit requirements of Table 2 of GB3544-2008;The water quality indexes of all items are better than the supplementary water standard requirements of the open circulating cooling water system in GB/T19923-2005,and can be directly reused.The total operating cost of the project is 4.39yuan/t,and the electricity cost is 2.76 yuan/t,accounting for 62.87%.?4?In order to solve the problem of poor stability during manual control of the drug administration process,frequent operation errors,difficult to control the amount of drug added,avoid waste of drugs and save costs.Use the data collected in the laboratory test and on-site,such as the inlet water flow rate,inlet water CODCr,ferrous salt dosage,sodium persulfate dosage,PAC dosage,and effluent CODCr etc.In the Windows 10 working environment,Matlab2016a was used to establish a BP neural network effluent CODCr prediction model,Fuzzy neural network controller and Simulink simulation model to achieve intelligent control of the dosing process.The results show that the correlation between the predicted value of CODCr and the measured true value of the BP neural network prediction model is 0.9809,the prediction effect is good.
