Copolymerization systems such as ethylene oxide,propylene oxide and its derivatives,and PEG can produce polyetherester compounds with versatility.Because of their special characteristics,they are widely used as a functional surfactant in industrial and agricultural production.A great deal has been achieved.Now,due to the advancement of science and technology and the higher requirements of the market,the development and application of functional surfactants are more extensive.In the construction industry,the electronics industry and other border disciplines,new functional polyethers and their derivatives will be displayed.Strong competitiveness.However,there are many polyetherester foams synthesized in our country,and the fatty acid carbon chain is shorter than that in foreign countries.It will be subject to many restrictions in the process of use.Functional polyetheresters have become particularly important.In this thesis,a new PEO-PPO-long chain fatty acid polyether ester preparation method was studied,and its defoaming and emulsifying properties were studied in depth.By using erucic acid and six customized polyethers as raw materials,a new type of longchain fatty acid polyether ester was synthesized under the action of composite catalysts(ptoluenesulfonic acid and phosphorous acid).The best results were obtained through experimental research.Reaction conditions: The temperature is 130 ° C,the reaction time is 6 hours,the amount of catalyst input(molar number of acid)is 5%,and the raw material ratio is: erucic acid: polyether(carboxyl value / hydroxyl value)= 1: 1.2 In the end,the esterification rate of PEO-PPO-long chain fatty acid polyether prepared by experiments can reach more than 90%.The main research was on the selection of catalyst types,and it was final y determined as a composite catalyst.The optimal ratio(p-toluenesulfonic acid / phosphorous acid)was 2: 1.At the same time,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time,and the proportion of each raw material were also studied.The effect of the ratio on the final synthesis of long-chain fatty acid polyetherester.And from the infrared spectrum of the fatty acid polyether ester,it can be seen that the reaction between erucic acid and polyether yields a longchain fatty acid polyether ester.By comparing the synthesized long-chain fatty acid polyether esters and polyethers,it can be concluded that the surface tension of the newly synthesized polyether esters is greatly reduced,which makes the surface activity significantly enhanced,so that the fatty acid polyether esters can have excel ent penetrating properties.A series of discussions were made on the foaming properties of fatty acid polyether esters,as well as the amount and range of use of fatty acid polyether ester defoamers: as the temperature increases,the defoaming time is shorter,but the foam suppression time is longer;Use in a variety of environments,from acidic to alkaline,and the stronger the alkaline,the shorter the defoaming time.In a variety of foaming systems,including anionic,non-ionic,etc.can achieve good results;the added defoamer is the most suitable The mass is 4%(volume fraction of the total system).The optimal conditions for emulsifying vegetable oil,mineral oil,and silicone oil were screened out through experiments.The synthetic emulsion was tested by centrifugation at a speed of 4000 r / min and the centrifugation time was 25 minutes.No delamination occurred,and the emulsion was relatively stable and uniformly distributed.The p H of the synthesized EM-11 # and EM-12 # will gradually decrease with the increase of time at 25 ? and 45 ?,but they will not change much after a period of time.At the same time,the synthetic EM-The viscosity of 11 # and EM-12 # emulsions will not change much.The viscosity is 25 ?,followed by 45 ?.This paper has carried out scale-up and production tests.From the results,it can be concluded that the production process is stable and feasible,the product technical indicators have reached the laboratory optimization test results,and the repeatability is good,indicating that the specifications of the raw materials,quality control points,The production process and analysis methods can meet the industrial production requirements of the product.
