Since the reform and opening up,China's economy and urbanization process have developed rapidly,and its industrial strength has gradually increased.However,along with it,the pollution of urban river water bodies has become increasingly severe,and the function of water bodies has gradually declined,which has greatly damaged the ecological balance of the water environment Threatening people's health.Due to many sources of pollution,limited internal water sources,and the weakening of the automatic purification capacity of river surges,the environmental conditions of river surges in cities have become worse and worse.Therefore,restoring the self-purification ability of the water body and gradually improving the water quality environment are of great significance for protecting the ecological environment.Analysis of regional water environment capacity,calculation of water environment capacity and allowable discharge of watersheds are the prerequisites for formulating a total pollutant discharge control plan.For the water body of a certain area,a comprehensive comprehensive analysis of the entire system is carried out according to its water quality function goals,so as to calculate the maximum allowable discharge of pollutants in the area,which can provide a basis for the total control of water pollutants and can also provide protection Provide basis for rational use of water resources.This subject is based on the water environment capacity,taking the river surge in Shijie Town as the research object,and according to the distribution of the river surge in Shijie Town,taking the central surge as the boundary,dividing Shijie Town into two control units,north and south,to carry out its pollution control And comprehensive remediation studies.Investigating the pollution sources discharged into the river gully in Shijie Town,according to the monitoring data of the river gully section in Shijie Town,it can be known that the river gully pollution in Shijie Town is serious,and the main pollutants are COD and ammonia nitrogen.Investigate the main pollution sources discharged into the river in Shijie Town and make a reasonable prediction.According to the survey results,the predicted COD emissions of Units 1 and 2 in Shijie Town in 2019 are 1294.03t/a and 1462.45t/a,respectively.The predicted emissions are 96.67t/a and 110.52t/a,respectively.Since the river surge in Shijie Town is a small and medium-sized river,COD and ammonia nitrogen are selected as control factors,and the one-dimensional water quality model is used to calculate the water environmental capacity of the river surge in ShijieTown.Generalize the inflow points of the two control units into the center to be the sewage outlet,select the Beiwang Road interchange section,the Zhenyuan Road section,and the Yewuji section as the control section;select the appropriate design flow rate,design flow rate,attenuation coefficient 3.The response coefficient is substituted into the calculation formula of the one-dimensional water quality model,and the water environmental capacity of the river in Shijie Town in 2019 is calculated.The calculation results show that the environmental capacity of COD water in Units 1 and 2 of Shijie Town in 2019 are 831.73tons and 971.22 tons,respectively,and the ammonia nitrogen water environmental capacity is 43.13 tons and 41.70 tons,respectively.It can be seen that the pollutant emissions of each unit in 2019 have greatly exceeded the allowable range of the corresponding water environment capacity.According to the calculation results of water environment capacity and water quality function objectives,formulate a total pollutant control plan.The prediction results of pollutant emissions show that the predicted COD emissions of Units 1 and 2 in 2020 are1432.23 t/a and 1550.12 t/a,respectively,and the predicted ammonia nitrogen emissions are102.51 t/a and 112.21 t/a.According to the calculation results of the water environmental capacity:the first and second units of the COD water environmental capacity in 2020 are627.82 tons and 780.81 tons,and the ammonia nitrogen water environmental capacity are37.93 tons and 35.90 tons,respectively;from this,it can be calculated that in 2020,Shijie Town The reduction of CODCr per unit is 804.41t/a,the reduction of NH3-N is 64.58t/a;the reduction of CODCr of two units is 769.31t/a,and the reduction of NH3-N is 76.31t/a.In this way,water quality assurance measures are proposed,including engineering measures,ecological guarantees and management systems,to control the direct discharge of pollutants into rivers,and to control the interception of river channels to control pollution sources from the source;at the same time,ecological levee protection and ecological water supplementation are carried out.Improve the water quality of rivers in Shijie Town;finally strengthen the management of rivers and encourage all people to participate in the management of rivers.After the implementation of water quality assurance measures,the water quality can meet the requirements of the expected Class V water quality standards.The results of this topic will provide a reference for the research and management of the environmental capacity of river surges in other cities and towns in China.
