In water conservancy projects,how to protect the water conservancy machinery and equipment and extend the service life of the equipment has always been a problem for the development of water conservancy projects.Water conservancy machinery,especially power generation equipment,is in a high-speed motion state at work,and is prone to contact with abrasive materials such as sand,hard particles,etc.,and the interaction between water,solid,and gas is easily generated on the equipment,which can cause steam.The phenomenon of abrasion and corrosion on the surface of the material was solved,and it quickly developed into a fish scale-like pit,which caused abrasion and corrosion and changed the replacement of water conservancy equipment.Solving the problems of cavitation,corrosion,abrasion,etc.,increasing equipment service time and reducing the use and maintenance costs are urgent issues to achieve safe,reliable,economical and efficient operation of hydraulic equipment.Polyurethane materials have good properties,excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance,chemical stability,and controllable properties,which make them widely used.Especially polyurethane can be physically mixed or chemically reacted with many inorganic or organic substances to synthesize composite coating materials.,So that some specific properties of the coating can be significantly improved,greatly expanding the application range of polyurethane coatings.Polyurethane has poor water resistance due to the presence of hydrophilic groups in the molecular chain,while fluoride has good water resistance.Diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and polytetrahydrofuran diol(PTMG)are selected as the main raw materials.Fluorooctyl ethyl alcohol(TEOH-8)was combined to prepare polyether fluorinated polyurethane,and different types and contents of alumina were added to the coating to prepare a composite coating.In order to ensure the dispersion of nano-and micro-alumina particles in the coating,alumina particles were pretreated with a silane coupling agent,and finally a polyether fluorinated polyurethane / alumina coating was prepared.The water resistance test shows that adding alumina particles within the appropriate range can increase the water contact angle of the coating and reduce the water absorption rate.The amount ofnano-alumina is 3%,the amount of micro-alumina is 15%,The force is 11~12MPa,the water contact angle is about 122°,the adhesion of the micron alumina coating is about 7~8MPa,and the water contact angle is about 110°;the erosion resistance test can be obtained as the alumina content increases,Polyether fluorinated polyurethane/alumina coating material reduces the erosion wear,and the large number of hydrogen bonds contained in the coating move in concert with the soft segment molecular chain,which buffers the high-speed wear particles and bubbles from collapsing when the bubbles collapse.With the impact force,the hard molecular chain can work with alumina to resist abrasion,and its abrasion resistance is correspondingly improved.The wear of Al2O3-FPU(3)and Al2O3-FPU(15)was reduced to0.9216×10-3kg and 0.6721×10-3kg,respectively,and the wear resistance was improved by45.25% and 60.07% compared to alloy steel,respectively.Comprehensive analysis of the performance requirements of practical application of protective coatings for underwater flow components.When the content of nano-alumina is 3% and the content of micro-alumina is15%,the coating has good water resistance,adhesion and cavitation resistance.Wear performance,capable of protecting underwater over-current parts.
