At present,the problem of ecological environment damage in China is still very prominent.How to protect the ecological environment more effectively in theory and practice,promote the transformation of ecological civilization construction and social development in China,and grasp the key link of ecological environment restoration is extremely important.In recent years,ecological environment restoration has become one of the best ways to solve the problem of ecological environment damage due to its unique function of repairing environment and maintaining ecological balance.The diversity and complexity of local ecological environment put forward higher requirements for ecological environment restoration.The restoration should not only pursue the restoration of the whole system,but also aim at the restoration of a single environmental element in a specific area.Therefore,how to change the judicial practice of environmental damage liability in the past from the characteristics of the integrity and overall nature of the ecological environment restoration goal to the simple fixed mode of compensation for damages to the use of various ways of ecological environment restoration liability,and to promote the transformation from the form of compensation for damages to environmental restoration as the center?
