The desertification in the northwest arid desert area is severely desertified, and the land around the coal base and most areas are salinized. The local drought stress, salt and alkali stress are one of the main abiotic factors that restrict the development of plants, and are also severely restricting crop production and ecological environment construction.problem.Existing research mainly focuses on the stress resistance of single stress on ornamental plants and grain crop seeds.Few people have studied the response of salt-tolerant plants under interactive stress. In this study, the gangue field of Yangchangwan Coal Mine was used as the research area, and the content of proline and the cumulative germination of seeds in three salt-tolerant plants under drought, salt, alkali and interactive stress were studied using clematis, alfalfa and hollyhock. The changes of the rate and the salt tolerance index were compared under different stresses.Research indicates:Three single stresses have significant inhibitory effects on the whole growing season of plants.During the seed germination stage, the germination rates of D20(20% field water capacity),S200(200mmol / L Na Cl),A50(50 mmol / L Na HCO3)and A60(60 mmol / L Na HCO3)were reduced by 40%and 47.3%,respectively,41.7% and 100%.The wilting coefficients of the three salt-tolerant plants are:Alfalfa(3.02%)<Clover(3.44%)<Hollyhock(5.32%).In the conservation period, the plant's ability to tolerate alkali stress is that clover is greater than alfalfa. When multiple stresses exist simultaneously, drought stress is the main influencing factor, followed by alkali stress.Drought has a certain compensation effect on salt stress.During the conservation period, multiple stresses make the plants permanently wilting days ahead of the control by 7-14 days. The total water requirements of clover, hollyhock and alfalfa during the growing season are as follows: alfalfa(338.55 mm)> hollyhock(242.45mm)> clover(237.00 mm);when the daily water requirement during the conservation period is 14-9mm / d,To ensure the normal growth and development needs of the three plants.Under drought stress, the steep peak of proline accumulation of Lepisma chinense appeared late, with high content and strong drought resistance;the peak of alfalfa was gentle and more sensitive to drought stress, but its ability to resist stress was stronger than that of Lepisma chinense Under salt stress, the peak content of clover was high late, and the ability to tolerate salt stress was strong;the trend of alfalfa was steep and more sensitive to salt stress.Under alkali stress, the peak content of C.chinense was high in late and strong in resistance to alkali stress;the overall trend was steeper than alfalfa and more sensitive to alkali stress.Under double stress, the clover was insensitive to the double stress of simultaneous salt and drought, and the alfalfa was more sensitive to the double stress of salt and alkali. The resistance to these two stresses was significantly stronger than that of clover. In order to comprehensively and accurately express the relationship between plant stress resistance and proline content in plants, the plant stress resistance should be observed in stages and the proline accumulation curve should be analyzed as a whole. It can more accurately describe the vegetation growth status when vegetation is restored, and accurately describe the current status of vegetation resistance in the field in-situ measurement.
