Coal mine gas disasters have long been a major disaster that has plagued my country's coal mine safety production.Gas-related accidents account for a high proportion of coal mine safety accidents and seriously threaten the safety of underground workers.Therefore,strengthening the prediction of gas emission in coal mining face and mastering its emission rules are of great significance to the safety production of coal mines in my country.This paper takes the gas emission of coal mining face as the research object,systematically analyzes the influencing factors of gas emission,and selects the most important influencing factors as the reference amount of this paper.Before making predictions,the wavelet algorithm is used to denoise the collected original data,and the denoised data is used as the sample data set of the gas emission prediction model,and the extreme learning machine algorithm(ELM)is used to build the prediction model.Forecast gas emission.To solve the problem of ELM's unstable prediction model accuracy due to randomly generated input weights and hidden layer thresholds during the prediction process,a genetic algorithm(GA)was used to optimize ELM parameters,and a GA-ELM gas emission prediction model was established The gas emission prediction of coal mine working face was realized and verified by experimental simulation.Based on the original monitoring substation of the target coal mine face,this paper designs a gas emission prediction system for the coal mining face.Through the interactive functions of the host computer,database and MATLAB,the prediction of the coal mine face gas emission is completed and realized.The functions of displaying,analyzing,predicting,inquiring and alarming the information of gas emission in working face have also verified the feasibility of the algorithm model for predicting gas emission in coal face.Through the research on the prediction system of gas emission in coal mining face,this paper has realized the prediction of gas emission in working face,which is the perfection and supplement to the monitoring system of coal mine,and it can guarantee the safety production of coal mine to a certain extent.It has certain theoretical research significance and engineering application value.
