With the rapid development of information technology and computer technology,the combination of artificial intelligence,computer simulation,spatial interpolation and surface fitting technology to achieve a three-dimensional visualization model of coal seam geological bodies has become a hot spot for scholars at home and abroad.The three-dimensional visualization of coal seam geological bodies in the coal mining face can intuitively display the spatial geometric characteristics,topological relationships and internal attribute characteristics of geological phenomena such as coal seams and rock bodies,so that coal enterprise managers can intuitively understand the coal seam occurrence characteristics of the coal mining face.In turn,it provides scientific basis and decision support for transparent mining,intelligent mining,and quality mining of coal enterprises.Based on the geological exploration data and roadway sampling data of the coal face,this paper studies the multi-layer digital elevation model(DEM)and the fitting model of the coal seam surface,and constructs the corresponding 3D visualization model by using the theory and method of 3D visualization and geospatial data model.The main research is as follows:(1)Analyze the organization and correlation mode of the data involved in the coal mining face,combined with the "layered distribution" characteristics of coal seam geological bodies,to achieve the regular grid division of each coal seam surface,and use adaptive differential evolution Kriging algorithm to predict the grid point elevation value.By analyzing the topological relationship between the interfaces of various layers in the modeling area,a multi-layer DEM model of coal seam occurrence patterns is established.(2)The concept of spatial correlation and genetic algorithm are introduced into the Quasi-CatmullRom fitting algorithm,and the analytical expression of surface function that can accurately describe the relationship between the coordinates represented by discrete points on the surface of each coal seam is explored.Through comparison experiments,it is verified that the optimized Quasi-CatmullRom surface fitting algorithm has smaller root mean square error(RMSE)and mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)and higher fitting accuracy.(3)Explore the three-dimensional digital modeling method based on Web GL standard and browser as the carrier.With the help of Three.js,a three-dimensional visualization model of coal seam storage morphology without plug-in,portable,cross-platform and multi-browser operation is constructed,which truly reflects the coal seam.Occurrence of morphology,occurrence,and internal structural characteristics have achieved a good fusion in coal surface simulation and internal attribute expression,providing a basis for production decisions.
