Coal dust is easily produced in coal production,which is of great harm.Coal dust not only causes pneumoconiosis but also causes coal dust explosion accidents.Because the surface of coal contains hydrophobic groups and the surface tension of water is relatively large,the dust-reducing technology commonly used in coal mines has the problem of poor dust-reducing effect.In this regard,many scholars have carried out a lot of research with the goal of improving the wetting effect of coal dust,and established a quantitative model of coal dust wetting effect,but the quantitative model of such coal dust wetting effect can only show that the influence of coal quality on the wetting effect of coal dust.Therefore,in order to improve the coal dust wetting effect,this paper uses a combination of experiments and data analysis to quantitatively study the effect of surfactant and coal quality on coal dust wetting effect.In this paper,a settling experiment was conducted on 18 surfactants and coal dust samples of 3 particle sizes,a total of 4 surfactants were screened out,and compounding experiment of anionic and anionic surfactant,compounding experiment of anionic and zwitterions and compounding experiment of anionic and non-ionic surfactant were conducted.According to the experimental results,the effect of surfactant combination on coal dust wetting effect was analyzed,and wetting agent components with the best coal dust settling effect under different particle size coal dust samples were obtained.The results show that the anionic surfactant monomer solution has a better wetting effect on coal dust than nonionic and zwitterionic surfactant monomer solutions.Among them,fast-permeable T monomer solution has the best wetting effect on coal dust.Adding anionic surfactants is easier to improve the wetting effect of low-concentration fast-permeability T solution on coal dust.Adding zwitterionic surfactant is difficult to improve the wetting effect of fast-permeable T solution on coal dust.Adding non-ionic surfactants is easier to improve the wetting effect of fast-permeable T solution on small particle coal dust.In this paper,surface tension experiment,sedimentation experiment and contact angle experiment were carried out,and the quantitative parameters of coal dust wetting effect were selected.The multiple regression model of settlement time,multiple regression model of settlement velocity,multiple regression model of contact angle,path model of settlement time and velocity,path model of surface tension and contact angle,and path model of settlement time,settlement velocity and contact angle were established by multiple regression analysis.The advantages and disadvantages of multiple regression model and path model are compared and analyzed.Through the analysis of multiple regression model and path model,it is obtained that the value of contact angle has nothing to do with the particle size of coal dust;the smaller the molecular weight value of surfactant,the better the wetting effect of coal dust.
