Cement is an indispensable material for infrastructure construction and socio-economic development.As a clinker calcination device,rotary kiln occupies an important position in the cement production process and is at the core of this production process.Among them,the control of the temperature of the cement rotary kiln and the heat balance in the kiln are the key factors affecting the cement output and quality.The traditional control method is difficult to adapt to the characteristics of many parameters and large inertia in the production process of the cement rotary kiln,and it is impossible to finely control the temperature of the rotary kiln.This study analyzes the factors related to temperature control during the production of cement rotary kiln in detail,studies the effects of speed,material movement,fuel combustion,gas flow and other factors on the temperature of rotary kiln,and clarifies these factors on the temperature of cement rotary kiln Based on this,the coal injection amount,raw material feed amount,ventilation amount,and kiln speed were used as the temperature control parameters of the cement rotary kiln.Based on this,combined with neural network and PID,an automatic temperature control system for rotary kiln was developed.The quadratic weight determination method gives its weight determination method.The adaptive learning rate is used to determine the learning rate,so that the BP neural network PID control system is optimized.And according to the actual production process temperature control factors,the control system is simulated and analyzed.Compared with the conventional PID control technology,the BP neural network PID control system has better control effect.This research also designed a PLC system for controlling the cement rotary kiln,and gave the specific selection and design procedure of the PLC system based on the neural network PID control system.Based on this,the electrical wiring diagram of the temperature control system of the cement rotary kiln head cover is given,and the design of the automatic temperature control system of the cement rotary kiln is completed.At the same time,the improved system is applied to specific production,and the results show that the system in this study has achieved good application results,achieving the design objective,taking into account the characteristics of temperature control of cement rotary kiln and factors affecting the quality of cement production.This research is helpful to optimize the temperature control method of rotary kiln,improve the quality of rotary kiln production,reduce energy consumption,and have certain reference significance for cement production in China.
