The stamping forming process is widely used in the manufacture of automobiles,ships and aircrafts.The springback of stamping formed parts greatly affects the forming accuracy of the parts.There are many types of stamping parts,and springback problems are also different.For simple curved parts,many scholars have researched and proposed the formula of the relationship between the rebound angle or the radius of curvature before and after the springback to predict the springback,and the mold profile can be calculated directly;for the mold surface design of general 3D curved surfaces,this The calculation is quite complicated and difficult,which makes the finite element method numerical simulation technology more and more widely used in mold surface design.In this paper,the following research is conducted on the springback of convex curved surface parts in stamping parts.Firstly,based on ABAQUS,the springback of three types of convex curved surface parts including one-way curvature surface,two-way curvature surface and spherical surface are analyzed respectively,and the factors affecting the springback of convex surface components are discussed with spherical parts as an example.Secondly,on the basis of springback,the mold design method for modifying springback was studied,and the node displacement reverse compensation method was used to compensate the mold surface,and the method was verified on the basis of three types of convex curved parts after springback.Compensation effect;In order to explore the effect of iterative compensation,iteratively compensate the molds of three types of convex curved surface parts,and compare the compensation rate of each compensation.Thirdly,for the final grid node data of the mold surface that meets the accuracy requirements,based on the NURBS theory,the interpolation method is used to reverse the surface of the data points,so that the surface passes through all the data points and is implemented in the UG software.Finally,considering the operator's proficiency in tool software and the repetitive operation due to iteration in actual engineering,this article uses VB.net to analyze the functions used by ABAQUS and UG in part stamping springback analysis and surface fitting Integrated into a software,a mold design simulation system for springback compensation of convex surface parts was developed.
