With the continuous development of China's rural economy in recent year,people's living standards have gradually improved,and various environmental problems have followed.Among them,with the rapid increase of the economy and the increase of the rural population,the rural domestic water consumption has gradually increased and sewage discharge.However,due to the rudimentary and lack of sewage treatment facilities in most rural areas,a large part of sewage is directly discharged without treatment,resulting in increasing water pollution problems,threatening human health,and restricting the sustainable development of rural areas and even society.China has adopted a series of rural sewage treatment methods and measures in response to this situation.Through the use of a series of rural domestic sewage treatment processes,the pollution of the water environment has been improved.The establishment and operation of the actual effect level are not the same,and the selection of rural domestic sewage treatment mode is still in its infancy.Therefore,it is necessary to combine my country's different rural characteristics,climatic conditions,temperature conditions,water quality conditions and economic conditions to establish a reasonable,scientific and applicable evaluation model,and select a domestic sewage treatment model that suits and matches it.This article mainly establishes an evaluation system of rural sewage treatment model in the northeast cold region,which provides a scientific basis for rural sewage treatment and water environment monitoring in the northeast cold region.Based on the rural sewage treatment model in the northeastern cold area,the weight of each index shows that the operating cost has the largest impact,which is 0.161,followed by the regional environmental temperature impact,local capital and unit investment,effluent compliance stability,ease of management and operation,and noise level.The weights of the five indicators are respectively 0.119,0.090,0.087,0.078 and 0.074,respectively.This article compares and evaluates the matching attributes of various processes and technologies through the weights of various indicators,and selects the optimal process and technology.The soil infiltration technology is well matched,and the water environment sensitive area is more compatible with the artificial wetland treatment process.According to the actual situation,it is adapted to local conditions.After research and calculation,the model constructed in this paper is scientific and reasonable,and provides an effective theoretical basis for rural sewage treatment in the northeastern cold area and sewage treatment in other areas.
