Semiconductor zinc oxide(Zn O)materials have been widely used in the degradation of organic pollutants due to their high catalytic activity and stability.However,Zn O still has many problems such as wide band gap,easy electron-hole recombination,photo-corrosion and easy aggregation.Some modification methods such as morphology control,ion doping,and noble metal combining were performed to to improve the photocatalytic activity.In this paper,Cu-based Zn O hierarchical structured films were prepared by electrodeposition-hydrothermal two-step method.Ce/Zn O structured microspheres doped with Ce doped rare earth metals were prepared by coprecipitation..Ag/Zn O composite nanomaterials were prepared by simple hydrothermal-calcining method.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction instrument(XRD),UV-Vis-DRS.The photocatalytic properties of methyl orange and rhodamine B(Rh B)were evaluated.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Hierarchical Zn O structure was grown on copper foil by hydrothermal method.The addition of trace metal ions plays a key role in controlling the crystallization kinetics and the final morphology of graded micro-nano structures.Because Zn O hierarchical structures with different morphology have different porous structures,specific surface area and crystalline properties,Zn O hierarchical structures with different morphology have different photocatalytic activities under ultraviolet light.2.The different amounts of Ce doped products are all nano-structured microspheres formed by Zn O micronanoparticles interleaving each other.Ce doping can improve the ultraviolet photocatalytic activity of Zn O structured microspheres.When the doping amount is 1.5%,the Ce/Zn O nanospheres have the highest photocatalytic activity,and have been reused for 4 times.3.Silver compound amount,reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of PEG-400,all will affect the photocatalytic activity of Ag/Zn O composite nanomaterials,reaction temperature 85 ?,reaction time 2 h,PEG-400 15 m L,silver salt,zinc salt amount of substance ratio 0.3:1 preparation of Ag/Zn O photocatalytic activity is best,visible light 300 min,The degradation rate of Rh B solution reached 77.27%...
