As the rapid economic development in our country,housing demand continues to increase,the dosage of wall materials corresponding increase,but the traditional wall materials can not meet the requirements of energy conservation and low consumption.So the use of new walling materials instead of the traditional wall materials can reduce energy consumption of buildings,play a role of energy conservation and environmental protection.But it also exists the poor fire performance and durability,if there is a fire,not only cause structural damage,more serious will lead to people's life and property losses.Based on the above situation,this paper developed an improved new type wall materials——the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving.The concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving as a new type energy saving light wall materials,the wide range of sources of raw materials,including fly ash and shale ceramsite with recycling and low cost,large storage capacity,adding fly ash and ceramsite in concrete block,not only green environmental protection and protect the ecological environment,but also has the characteristics of light weight,high strength,can be widely used in all kinds of isolation of the building wall,compared with the traditional wall materials,the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving fire prevention and durable performance well.In the study of this paper through the adoption of shale ceramsite,ordinary Portland cement,polypropylene fiber and fly ash,hydrogen peroxide,expanded perlite as main ingredients to making the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving.(1)The concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving using the orthogonal experiment method to optimize the best mix proportioning:water-binder ratio 0.35,40.0% cement,25% shale ceramsite,35% fly ash to replace cement,8.0% hydrogen peroxide solution,3% expanded perlite,0.04% water reducing agent,on the basis of above,study the shale ceramsite,fly ash,hydrogen peroxide amount of changes influence the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving strength,antifreeze,etc.(2)Using relevant equipment to discuss and study all aspects related performance of the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving,including moisture content and water absorption strength test,study water-binder ratio and hydrogen peroxide respectively influence the coefficient of thermal conductivity and apparent density,the experimental study of frost resistance,the relationship of block age strength with water-binder ratio and fly ash dosage,etc.(3)To investigate the strength formation mechanism and microporous structure formation mechanism of the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving,using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)image analysis the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving hydration products and microstructure,analysis research and optimization the concrete block of lightweight microporous energy-saving from the microscopic view.make it meet the technical regulations of the new building wall materials and spread in the engineering application.
