Nanoschannel sensing is an analytical technique with high-throughput and high-sensitivity.Nanochannel has been extensively studied in the fields of chemistry,biomedicine,and materials science,owing to its size effect,specific surface area effect,and special physicochemical properties of the internal channels.Artificial nanochannel of different materials inspired by the unique properties of natural biological nanochannel has been reported.However,the functionalization of artificial solid nanochannel is a huge challenge.Conductive polymers are a class of macromolecular compounds with special properties.In this paper,conductive polypyrrole nanochannel was prepared.Nanochannel biosensors for specific detection of biomolecules and electrochemical supercapacitor based on conductive polymer nanochannel electrode materials based on the preparation and properties of polypyrrole nanochannel that combined with molecular imprinting technology and electrochemical technology could be successfully used,which provide a new idea for the research of nanochannel molecular devices.This article has mainly carried out the following two aspects of research:1.Detection of biomolecules by polypyrrole nanochannel combined with molecular imprinting technologyPolypyrrole nanochannel was prepared by chemical polymerization which using porous polycarbonate membrane as the material.The current of the trans-membrane channel was detected using a picoammeter,realizing the detection of the nanochannel current before and after modification of the polypyrrole.And polypyrrole molecularly imprinted biosensor using lysozyme as template protein was established for the first time combined with molecular imprinting technology.The effects of template elution time,incubation time,specifically selection on molecularly imprinted sensors were systematically studied,and the reaction conditions were optimized to achieve specific recognition of protein molecules,provides a new way for the specific detection of biomolecules.2.Study on the application of polypyrrole nanochannel in electrode materials of supercapacitorPolypyrrole nanochannel arrays were prepared on porous polycarbonate membranes using p-toluenesulfonic acid as an anionic dopant.Combined with electrochemical technology,the electrochemical properties of nanochannel formed at different polymerization times were studied.The experimental results show that the polypyrrole nanochannel array obtained with the best polymerization time has a large specific capacitance,good rate performance and stability.The porous polypyrrole nanochannel prepared by the optimal synthesis time was selected as supercapacitor electrodes,which realized the research of supercapacitor electrode materials and provided new ideas for the application of conductive polymers in supercapacitor.
