Based on the related research on 4-amino-3-?5-tetrazole?furan?ATZF?which has been reported,this paper selects it as the research basis of this thesis.Because ATZF combines the advantages of furazan and tetrazole,we use ATZF as the ligand to synthesize four energetic compounds of ATZF,which are Co?FHZ?2?TZF?2·2H2O,[Pb?FHZ?2?TZF?2)n?FHZ=formylhydrazide?,Mn?Phen?2?H2O?2·?TZF?2?Phen=1,10-phenanthroline?,and Ni?en?3·?TZF?2?en=ethylenediamine?.Infrared analysis and elemental analysis were performed on ATZF and its four compounds,and single crystals of each compound were cultivated,and their single crystal structures were obtained by X-single crystal diffraction.The thermal decomposition process of five compounds was measured by DSC-FTIR-MS.The thermal stability of each substance and its gas products were studied.The results show that ATZF?Co?FHZ?2?TZF?2·2H2O?[Pb?FHZ?2?TZF?2]n?Mn?Phen?2?H2O?2·?TZF?2?Ni?en?3·?TZF?2 of the thermal decomposition temperatures are 221.6oC,316.4oC,335.5oC,388.0oC,and 222.3oC,respectively.The Kissinger method and the Ozawa method were used to calculate the activation energy,pre-exponential factors,and linear correlation coefficients of ATZF and its four compounds,and the integral method was used to obtain the thermal decomposition mechanism equations of each compound.In addition,the thermal safety parameters?self-accelerated decomposition temperature,thermal explosion critical temperature,thermal ignition temperature?and thermodynamic functions?activation enthalpy,activation entropy,and activation free energy?of each substance are calculated according to different equations.According to the constant-volume combustion heat??cU?measured by the IKAC5000 oxygen bomb calorimeter,the combustion reaction of each substance,and the gas law,the standard molar formation enthalpy??fHm??of the five compounds was calculated.Furthermore,the detonation velocity and detonation pressure of each substance were calculated by the K-J equation,and their detonation performance was evaluated and discussed.According to the Chinese National Military Standard?GJB772A-97?,the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of ATZF and its compounds were measured.Finally,the combustion catalytic effects of five compounds on HMX and RDX were studied.
