Mixed phosphates are a class of organic motifs which are widely widespread in natural products and normally used in the fields of surfactants, flame retardants, biomedicines and so on.Generally, the known methodologies for the preparation of mixed phosphates start with P?O?-H,P?O?-Cl or P?O?-OH compounds. They always suffer from drawbacks in terms of harsh reaction conditions, narrow substrate scope, low reactivities,as well as environmental pollution, which seriously restrict their synthesis and applications.Given the theory of modern organic synthetic chemistry,it is highly desired to develop an economical, simple, efficient, and environmentally friendly synthetic process for the preparation of aryl/alkyl mixed phosphates. In this thesis,we accomplished two protocols for copper catalyzed synthesis of aryl/alkyl mixed phosphates. There have advantages of operational simplicity, mild reaction conditions, and broad substrate scope. The main conclusions of this thesis are listed as follows:1.Two novel methods for copper catalyzed preparation of aryl/alkyl mixed phosphates have been developed in both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic system, respectively. It's worth noting that mixed phosphates were synthesized from phosphoryl azides and aliphatic alcohols for the first time.In each catalytic system, the reaction conditions was systematically optimized and a series of aryl/alkyl mixed phosphates were generated efficiently. The synthetic mixed phosphates were characterized through FT-IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR,HR-MS,GC and so on,and the results match with the target products.2.A chitosan supported Cu Cl?CS@Cu Cl?was used in the heterogeneous catalytic system. The easily accessed, recycled, and reused catalyst presented excellent catalytic activity towards the title transformation.Characterization such as XRD,SEM and FT-IR of the CS@Cu Cl catalyst were conducted before and after the catalysis, and the recovered one did not exhibit significant changes.
