The Master Planning Of Ecological Environment Protection In Qinling Mountains Based On Ecological Comprehensive Evaluation And Ecosystem Service Evaluation

Ecological and environmental protection has become one of the important factors in global development.The traditional regional ecological planning takes economic development as the main breakthrough point,and takes population growth and economic development as the target,but it lacks the research on the protection of ecological environment and the construction of ecological civilization.Based on the comprehensive ecological evaluation and ecosystem service evaluation,this paper takes Qinling area as the research object,and the function zones of Qinling area ecological environmental protection planning are divided.Firstly,the basic situation of ecological environment in Qinling mountains was visualized from space and time.Secondly,the ecosystem services in Qinling mountains were evaluated by using biodiversity maintenance,water conservation and soil conservation as indicators and the spatial correlation analysis was carried out.Finally,based on the evaluation and the division of functional zones,some measures are put forward for the overall plan of ecological environmental protection in Qinling mountains.The research results show that:(1)The central and western regions of the Qinling mountains have important service functions in biodiversity maintenance and soil conservation,especially in the areas over 2000 m above sea level.The eastern and southern Qinling mountains have important service functions in water conservation and soil conservation.The Northern Slope of Qinling mountains has important water conservation service function,especially the area over 2000 m.Biodiversity maintenance is the foundation for the formation of ecosystem services.It is of great significance for the maintenance and development of ecosystem services in Qinling mountains to give priority to the protection of concentrated and contiguous biodiversity areas.(2)According to the results of cold-hot spot analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis of ecological services in Qinling mountains,it can be seen that the major ecosystem services in Qinling mountains all show obvious regional cluster distribution,and only a small part of the area has scattered distribution.Therefore,the hot area of ecosystem service should be the key area of ecological protection.(3)In order to realize the sustainable development of Qinling mountains,the overall plan of ecological environmental protection of Qinling mountains is preliminarily discussed.Firstly,the basic principles and general ideas of environmental protection in Qinling mountains are clarified.Secondly,the core,key and general protection areas are delimited.Thirdly,it makes clear the connection with relevant plans.Finally,the strategy of ecological protection area construction and key areas construction is made.
