Rubber composite is more and more important in tire and aerospace engineering.In order to improve the comprehensive properties of rubber composite,a lot of research work has been done,and its thermal conductivity is one of them.As nano fillers,graphene oxide(GO)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)have super specific surface area,special structure and properties.The physical and mechanical properties,electric conductivity and thermal conductivity of the compound can be improved by adding it into the rubber matrix.However,the structural characteristics of GO and CNTs make them easy to aggregate and not easy to disperse,which greatly affects the performance of GO and CNTs in rubber.Therefore,how to make GO and CNTs disperse evenly in rubber matrix,strengthen the interface between filler and rubber matrix,between filler and filler,is one of the main problems to be solved.In this paper,the processing method of the properties of IIR with GO and CNTs was put forward,and the synergistic effect of GO and CNTs was studied.Through the experimental study,the formula proportion of GO and CNTs to enhance the properties of IIR was determined and optimized.Through the research on the structure,mechanism,synergistic effect and wet mixing process of GO and CNTs,the wet mixing scheme was designed,and experimental research was carried out to explore the wet mixing process for preparing GO / CNTs/ IIR composite with excellent comprehensive performance.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The preparation methods of GO / IIR composite,CNTs / IIR composite and GO /CNTs / IIR composite were proposed.The preparation mechanism of GO/ CNTs reinforced butyl rubber composite was discussed.The effects of different parts of GO,CNTs and other nano materials on the vulcanization,thermal conductivity,conductivity,gas barrier and physical and mechanical properties of butyl rubber were studied.The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of GO / CNTs / IIR composite was the best when 5 phr GO and 5 phr CNTs were added.The thermal conductivity of GO/ CNTs / IIR composite was 0.423 W /(m · K),which was 169% higher than that of pure rubber.At the same time,the conductivity and air tightness of GO / CNTs / IIR composite were enhanced,while the volume resistivity and transmittance were greatly reduced.2.The effect of the expansion of different parts of dry ice on the dispersion of GO /CNTs in butyl latex and the properties of the composite was studied.The experimental results show that the dry ice expansion pre-dispersion method was helpful for the dispersion of filler in rubber matrix to some extent.When the dry ice content was 20 phr,the dispersion effect of filler in GO / CNTs / IIR composite was the best.3.The experimental results of butyl rubber nanocomposites prepared by mechanical mixing and wet mixing method,the traditional mixing method,i.e.dry mixing and dry ice expansion pre-dispersion method,show that when the same number of nano materials are added,the dry ice expansion pre-dispersion method has the best performance.Among them,when the CNTs of 5phr GO and 5phr are filled,the thermal conductivity of the rubber composite prepared by the dry ice expansion pre-dispersion method can reach0.423 W /(m · K);the thermal conductivity of the rubber composite prepared by the mechanical stirring wet mixing method was 0.157 W /(m · K);the thermal conductivity of the rubber composite prepared by the dry mixing method is the worst,only 0.152 W /(m · K).The results show that the dry ice expansion pre-dispersion method has the best effect.According to the above analysis,when GO was 5 phr and CNTs was 5 phr,the thermal conductivity of GO / CNTs / IIR composite was the best;and the performance of rubber nanocomposites prepared by dry ice expansion pre-dispersion method was the best,followed by mechanical mixed and wet mixing method,and the performance of rubber nanocomposites prepared by dry mixed method was the worst.Among them,the filler dispersion effect of butyl rubber nanocomposites prepared by dry ice expansion pre-dispersion method was the best,which improves the quality of wet mixingmasterbatch and the preparation efficiency of masterbatch,and has great significance for the green and efficient development of rubber mixing process.
