Styrene-ethylene / butene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer,abbreviated as SEBS in English,is a type of green and environmentally friendly material that conforms to the development of today's society.Because SEBS has excellent weather resistance,thermal stability,aging resistance,insulation,ozone oxidation resistance and other properties,it is widely used in many fields.Although SEBS materials have so many excellent properties,there are still many deficiencies when used under certain conditions.This article is based on these various shortcomings of SEBS material and further exploration of its application field to carry out various experiments,prepare a new type of SEBS-based modified material,research and explore its preparation process and prepare the new material Perform performance analysis and analysis.Research indicates:The POE / MVQ dynamic vulcanization elastomer is used to modify the SEBS material.With the increase of the amount of POE / MVQ dynamic vulcanization elastomer,the mechanical properties of the SEBS-based blend compound such as strength,hardness,and elongation at break have declined.Through the DSC test,the crystallinity of the modified rubber also showed a downward trend.In addition,the surface hydrophobic properties of the SEBS-based blend modified rubber compound increase with the increase of the amount of POE / MVQ dynamic vulcanization elastomer,and the dielectric constant of the modified rubber compound also rises.That is,the electrical insulation of the blended modified rubber compound has been further improved.Comparing two different preparation methods,it is found that the performance of the blended modified rubber compound prepared by dynamic vulcanization extruder is better than that of the torque modified rheometer.SEBS is selected as the main substrate,and dynamic vulcanization is used to prepare SEBS / BIIR dynamic vulcanization elastomer materials.With the increase of BIIR addition,the mechanical properties of blended elastomer materials continue to decline.After the secondary processing,the blended elastomer material was tested again for mechanical properties.Comparing the changes of the blended elastomer material before and after the mechanical properties,it was found that the two test results were roughly the same,and the RPA test analyzer was used for the first test.After processing,the blended elastomer material is subjected to temperature scanning test.Both of these results can prove that this type of material has the characteristics of thermoplastic elastomer,which can be attributed to a new type of dynamically vulcanized elastomer material.The compression permanent deformation of this type of material And the permanent deformation of breaking is much smaller than that of SEBS material.The medical rubber stopper processed with this kind of dynamic vulcanization elastomer material successfully solves the problem of puncture and chipping of traditional medical rubber stopper material and the puncture leakage problem of new medical rubber stopper material.SSBR,NBR and SEBS materials were used to modify the TPU sole material.Through mechanical performance tests,it was found that the strength,hardness and wear resistance of NBR / TPU thermoplastic blends are better than SSBR / TPU blends.The strength,hardness and wear resistance of SEBS / NBR blends are inferior to those of SEBS / SSBR blends;the dynamic mechanical properties of TPU shoe materials and thermoplastic materials prepared by blending are tested.The results show that after adding rubber,The slip resistance of blended thermoplastic materials has been significantly improved.When the same amount of compound is added to TPU,the slip resistance of SSBR / TPU thermoplastic blend materials is better than that of NBR /TPU.When the SEBS material is added to the system,the wet sliding resistance of the blended thermoplastic material is further improved,and the wet sliding resistance of the SEBS / SSBR / TPU thermoplastic blend compound is better than that of the SEBS/ NBR / TPU thermoplastic Mixture.
