1.Graphene oxide?GO?-based polymer brushes nanocomposites were successfully prepared by SI-ATRP and photocatalytic modification.The detail synthesis of GO-g-PAN by SI-ATRP was used GO as the substrate,acrylonitrile as the monomer,ethyl bromoisobutyrate?EBiB?as the initiator,PMDETA as the ligand,ascorbic acid?AA?as the reducing agent,respectively.Under the condition of visible light,P?AN-co-PHPY?-g-GO nanocomposites were further synthesized with phenylacetylene as monomer,pyrylium salts as photocatalyst,which the cyano groups on polymer chains were efficiently reacted with the phenylacetylene into phenyl pyridine groups.And the morphology and structure of the polymer brushes was characterized in detail.The electrochemical sensors for detection of Hg?II?with high sensitivity showed wide detection range of 0.10 nM-2.0?M and low detection limit of0.060 nM.2.P?AN-co-PHPY?-g-GO polymer brushes nanocomposites were employed as substrate with the usage of the copper ion(Cu2+)as the signal label.The P?AN-co-PHPY?-g-GO@Cu2+were successfully obtained by the coordination.And then,the antibody Ab2 was loaded to synthesize the nanoprobe with signal amplification ability,which was further applied to assemble the sandwich-type electrochemical immunosensor.The sensor constructed by this method successfully realized high sensitivity detection of alpha fetoprotein?AFP?.A wide detection range of 0.10 pg-1.0×102 ng/m L and a low detection line of 0.080 pg/mL were achieved.3.Cellulose nanocrystals?CNCs?-based polymer brushes nanocomposites were successfully synthesized via SI-ATRP for detecting mercury ions?Hg?II??with high sensitivity.Specifically,after extracting from grape residue,CNCs was used as the substrate for grafting of the 4-Vinylpyridine?4VP?monomer.P4VP was successfully grafted from the surface of CNCs for preparation of CNCs-g-P4VP polymer brushes nanocomposites.In order to improve the conductivity of the sensing platform and realize the high sensitivity detection of Hg?II?,the CNCs-g-P4VP and AuNPs were combined to prepare the Au@CNCs-g-P4VP material by Au-N bond.The polymer brushes were further used to construct the electrochemical sensor to realize the highly sensitive detection of Hg?II?.The sensor exhibited a wide detection range of 0.10nM-2.5?M and a low detection limit of 0.070 nM.
