| With the continuous development of China’s economy and productivity,the destruction of ecological environment has become increasingly prominent.In the new era,in order to improve the increasingly serious rural ecological problems and improve the quality of life of all rural people,the Party firmly proposed to implement the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and clearly pointed out our strong desire to build a beautiful China,which fully expressed the party and the government’s high attention to rural ecological civilization and the accurate positioning of rural development.Therefore,strengthening the construction of rural ecological civilization has become the premise for the sustainable development of rural areas and the road to a well-off society.This paper is based on the basic principles and methodology of the combination of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.First of all,on the premise of clarifying the current background of the construction of rural ecological civilization,it combs the historical process of the development of rural ecological construction in detail and comprehensively.Secondly,on the basis of the detailed integration of the relevant theories of rural ecological environment construction in China,according to several successful practice cases with typical characteristics of rural ecological construction in China,this paper analyzes the common problems and causes in the areas where it is located,and draws inspiration for the development of other rural areas in China.Finally,for the common problems existing in the construction of rural ecological civilization in China,mainly from the aspects of agricultural production,laws and regulations,ideological attitude,etc.,try to stand at different levels of the country,individuals,society and other aspects to analyze their respective responsibilities,and give countermeasures and suggestions. |
