Magnesium and magnesium alloy materials are easy to recycle, can be reused, are energy-saving and environmentally-friendly,and are in line with the development concept of modern equipment and appliances that are highly integrated and lightweight.Metal materials are known as"green engineering materials of the 21st century".Studying how to improve its corrosion resistance is beneficial to accelerate the application process of large-scale industry of magnesium alloy materials.Magnesium alloy surface electroplating is a bright coating with anticorrosive ability and electrical conductivity deposited in the liquid phase.Electrodeposition of nickel-chromium can not only improve the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy surface, but also has decorative effects. In this paper,a nickel-chromium alloy coating was prepared by electrochemical deposition. The process is:degreasing, pickling, activation, zinc dipping, pyrophosphate plating, and electroplating Ni-Cr alloy. The effects of the optimized composition of the plating solution and the process parameters of the magnesium alloy on the pretreatment process of electroplating of magnesium alloys, electroplating zinc, and electroplating of nickel-chromium alloys were mainly studied by single factor experiments SEM?XRD?EDS testing methods to observe, test and characterize the surface micromorphology, grain structure and microstructure of the obtained film layer. The electrochemical workstation was used for linear scanning?LSV?,film-forming potential-time?E-t?,dynamic potential polarization curve, alternating current impedance?EIS?test and analysis, and Electrochemical characteristics, the corrosion parameters of the obtained coating n 3.5%NaCl and 10%H2SO4 corrosion solution were studied and analyzed in detail.
