In real life,many surfaces are prone to dust and water,which will reduce the light transmittance of the surface,and some surfaces are difficult to clean,which will not only cause economic losses,but also bring hidden dangers to people's life safety.To avoid this phenomenon,the surface needs to be cleaned regularly.By changing the wettability of the surface to achieve the requirements of super-hydrophobicity,so that the surface has the characteristics of self-cleaning,compared with the traditional method,this method does not need to add additional equipment and economic losses,is an ideal method.This subject first learns the principles of superhydrophobicity and transparency of the surface,and then explores the influencing factors of superhydrophobicity and transparency.We know that the hydrophobicity of the surface of solid materials is affected by the surface free energy and surface roughness.It will also be affected by the external environment such as temperature,pressure,electric field,etc.When the roughness size of the microstructure of the coating surface is 100 nm or less,its surface transmittance will be greater than 95%.Then,with the help of COMSOL Multiphysics software,a simulation model of droplet impact on the surface is established.By establishing a simulation model of droplets hitting the walls of different surface structures,the difference in the self-cleaning effect of the surface structures of triangular sawtooth,square sawtooth and semicircular sawtooth walls respectively was compared;by establishing the simulation of droplets hitting walls with different contact angles.The model found that as the contact angle increases,the spread radius of the droplet also gradually decreases.When the contact angle increases to greater than 150°?superhydrophobic?,the droplet bounces during the collision process;finally,by establishing the liquid;The simulation model of the droplet hitting the inclined wall surface found that as the inclination angle increased,the spreading diameter of the droplet on the wall surface also decreased.When the inclination angle increased to 30°,the phenomenon that the droplet completely separated from the wall surface appeared,indicating that the wall has self-cleaning properties.This subject has been obtained through a large number of experiments.When SiO2 nanoparticles are used as hydrophobic materials,then silicone glue is used as the binder,then diluted with ethyl acetate,and finally deposited on the glass substrate by spraying method,the hydrophobicity and transparency are both made.The transparent super-hydrophobic coating,that is,the SiO2 nanoparticles are 0.6g,ethyl acetate is 20 ml,silicone glue is 0.3g,and the number of spraying is 3.The prepared coating has good hydrophobicity and light transmittance.The best contact angle reached 157° and the light transmittance reached 90%.
