Bubbles in aqueous media are common and inevitable in the natural world and industrial production processes.In recent years,bubble wettability on the solid surface has attracted wide attention.Superaerophilic material has been exploited and shown excellent performance in the controlling of bubbles,such as directional transport of bubbles,blocking of bubbles,and collection of bubbles.the wettability of the existing superwetting surface is single and unchanged,and not can be intelligently adjusted as needed during the application process.Moreover,these surfaces are mainly used for the control of underwater bubbles,rarely used to control oil bubbles.Bubbles in the oil would accelerate the deterioration of the oil and cause other hazards.In view of two problem,this paper uses superaerophilic materials to control the bubbles in the liquid phase.The main research contents are as follows:A layer of conductive polypyrrole film is coated on the surface of the titanium mesh by an electro-deposition process,and the prepared polypyrrole mesh film has electrical response wettability.By changing the applied voltage,the wetting of polypyrrole mesh in air turns from superhydrophobicity to superhydrophilicity,and from underwater superaerophilicity to underwater superaerophobicity.This is because under the corresponding oxidation or reduction potential,low surface energy perfluorooctanesulfonate ions can be doped and dedoped in the polypyrrole mesh film.When the polypyrrole mesh film membrane is superaerophilic,bubbles can pass through the mesh film;and when the mesh film is superaerophobic,it can block the bubbles.Based on the switchable wettability of the electrical response polypyrrole mesh film,the application of controlled penetration of underwater bubbles is demonstrated.The superaerophilic sponge was prepared by the infiltration method.That is,by modifying low surface energy molecules on the surface of the sponge to transform its inherent wettability.the superaerophilic sponge exhibits superoleophobicity under oil.By establishing a model to study the relationship between the volume of absorbed gas and the volume of the sponge,and the relationship between the volume of absorbed gas and the submerged depth in the oil of the sponge.Under the condition that other experimental parameters are fixed,the volume of gas contained in the sponge increases linearly with the increase of the depth of the sponge being submerged in oil;the volume of gas contained in the sponge increases linearly with the increase of the volume of the sponge.and explore the impact of complex environmental factors on the performance of the superoleophobic sponge.The superaerophilicity of sponge is stable in complex environments(high temperature,high humidity,etc.).The gas absorbed by any part ofthe superaerophilic sponge can realize the continuous collection of air bubbles in the oil through the gas collection device.
