Fluorescent epoxy resin has the basic properties of epoxy resin and fluorescent luminescent material,and has a wide application prospect in the fields of fluorescent coating,fluorescent casting material,fluorescent adhesive,fluorescent laminated material and so on.At present,there are few reports about AIE fluorescent epoxy resin,and the synthesis is complex,and the preparation cost is high.Therefore,the synthesis of AIE or AIEE fluorescent epoxy resin with excellent performance is of great significance.In this paper,the fluorescent epoxy compounds with AIE and AIEE properties were designed and synthesized by using tetrastyrene with AIE properties and cyanodistyrene with AIEE properties as luminescent groups.Tetrastyrene epoxy compounds were incorporated into the common bisphenol-A epoxy resin as fluorescent agent,and the bisphenol-A epoxy resin based tetrastyrene fluorescent epoxy plastics were prepared by adding curing agent.Fluorescent liquid crystalline epoxy elastomer was prepared by the reaction of cyanodistyrene and curing agent.The specific research work of this paper is as follows:1. A tetrastyrene epoxy compound?Z/E?-1,2-bis?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl-1,2-stilbene??TPE-BEP?with AIE properties was designed and synthesized.In this paper,tetrastyrene epoxide was added into bisphenol A epoxy resin as a fluorescent agent,and the bisphenol A epoxy resin based tetrastyrene fluorescent epoxy plastic was prepared by adding curing agent.The phase structure of tetrastyrene epoxide and the luminescent properties of tetrastyrene epoxide and bisphenol A epoxy based tetrastyrene fluorescent epoxy were studied in detail.The results show that tetrastyrene epoxide is a crystalline material,and both tetrastyrene epoxide and bisphenol-A epoxy based tetrastyrene fluorescent epoxy plastics exhibit AIE properties.Both tetrastyrene epoxide and bisphenol-A epoxy based tetrastyrene fluorescent epoxy plastics have high solid-state fluorescence quantum yield.2. A series of cyanostilbene-containing epoxy compounds with AIEE properties designed and synthesized,M1??Z?-2,3-bis?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile?,M2(?2Z,2'Z?-2,2'-?1,4-phenylene?bis?3-?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile?,M3(?2Z,2'Z?-3,3'-?1,4-phenylene?bis?2-?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile?,M4(?2Z,2'Z?-3,3'-?1,3-phenylene?bis?2-?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile?,M5(?2Z,2'Z?-3,3'-?2-methyl-1,4-phenylene?bis?2-?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile?,and prepared AIEE fluorescent epoxy liquid crystal elastomer,and studied in detail the phase structure and luminescent properties of the cyano stilbene epoxy compound and the liquid crystal elastomer,and the shape memory of the liquid crystal elastomer application of functional materials.The research results show that epoxy compounds M1 and M5 are bidirectional liquid crystal compounds,M2,M3,M4 epoxy compounds show crystalline compounds,polymer P1(?2Z,2'Z?-3,3'-?2-methyl-1,4-phenylene?bis(2-?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile-sebacic acid fluorescent epoxy liquid crystal elastomer?M5-SA?,P2(?2Z,2'Z?-3,3'-?1,3-phenylene?bis(2-?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile-sebacic acid fluorescent epoxy liquid crystal elastomer?M4-SA?,P3(?2Z,2'Z?-3,3'-?1,3-phenylene?bis(2-?4-?ethylene oxide-2-methoxy?phenyl?acrylonitrile-6,6'-?butane-1,4-diylbis?oxy??bis?6-oxohexanoic acid?fluorescent epoxy liquid crystal elastomer?M4-3DA?,they can form stable nematic liquid crystal.M1,M2,M3,M4,M5 epoxy compounds and P1,P2,P3 all show AIEE properties.All epoxy compounds and polymers have a high fluorescence quantum.The photodeformation properties of single-domain oriented cyanodistyrene liquid crystal elastomer films P1 and P2 show that the single-domain oriented cyanodistyrene liquid crystal elastomer films P1 and P2 can respectively bend to light and back light under 365 nm ultraviolet light(power=120 m W cm-2).At the same time,the photo-deformed liquid crystal elastomer films P1 and P2 have good shape memory properties and liquid crystal elastomer P3 have good mechanical elastic properties,P3 can stretch up to 95%of its elastic deformation.
