Research On The Strategy Of Improving The Ecological Governance Ability Of Taizhou Government

Eco-environmental protection is a great cause.Since the founding of New China,the party and government’s understanding of ecological governance has changed from passive to active,from spontaneous to conscious.After entering the new era of socialism,China’s economic and social development is facing new opportunities and challenges.Under the dual goals of promoting ecological civilization construction and high-quality economic development,in accordance with the strategic requirements of national governance modernization,we will actively promote our ecological governance system and governance capabilities Modernization is particularly important.Local ecological governance is an important driving force for the construction of ecological civilization in China,and it is also an important manifestation of summarizing and forming ecological governance experiences and models with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,strengthening the research on local ecological governance is not only a necessary move to enrich the theory of ecological governance in China,but also an inevitable requirement for enhancing the capacity of local ecological governance.This article takes Taizhou city as an example and systematically and deeply analyzes the related issues of improving the ecological governance capacity of Taizhou City,which has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of sorting out the domestic and international research status and basic concepts of ecological governance,this paper uses literature analysis,empirical analysis,system analysis and other research methods to gradually analyze the basic status quo of Taizhou ’s ecological governance and the main obstacles to capacity improvement.And the reasons for the obstacles,and put forward corresponding solutions to the specific obstacles.By analyzing the specific strategies of Taizhou ’s ecological governance and the relevant data of the questionnaire survey,it was found that the main obstacles faced by the improvement of Taizhou ’s ecological governance capabilities are the deviations in policy implementation,the lack of coordination and co-governance integration,and the lack of basic security supply.The main reasons for these obstacles are the imbalance between economic development and ecological governance,the lack of a comprehensive ecological governance mechanism,and the lagging supply-side reform of ecological governance.According to the specific requirements of China’s current ecological civilization construction and economic and social development,combined with the specific status of ecological governance in Taizhou City,specific countermeasures are proposed for the obstacles facing the improvement of ecological governance capabilities:The first is to optimize the implementation of ecological governance policies by strengthening the ecological governance function of local governments,adhering to the ecological governance logic of both morality and law,and improving the evaluation of ecological performance of local governments;the second is to establish an overall ecological governance concept,give full play to the role of government integration The cooperative mechanism of multiple co-governance improves the overall ecological governance mechanism;the third is to improve the ecological governance guarantee system by optimizing the supply of ecological governance systems,increasing the supply of ecological governance funds,and strengthening the supply of ecological governance technology.
