Abstract/Summary:
Supercapacitor is a new type of green large capacity energy storage device.Its performance is superior to traditional energy storage methods such as batteries.It has the characteristics of high specific capacity,fast charging and discharging speed,no pollution to the environment and long service life.The performance of supercapacitors mainly depends on the electrode material requirements.In recent years,metal oxides have become a research hot spot in supercapacitors.Therefore,the preparation and electrochemical properties of vanadium pentoxide(V2O5),carbon nanofibers(CNFs)and carbon microspheres(CMSs)electrode materials were studied in this paper.The main content of this article is divided into the following aspects:(1)Synthesis and Characterization of carbon nanofibers(CNFs)and carbon microspheres(CMSs)The carbon nanofibers and carbon microspheres was prepared by the simple electrospinning of polyacrylonitrile(PAn).The composition,structure and morphology of the electrode materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Characterization and analysis showed that carbon nanofibers and carbon microspheres was compound.(2)Preparation and Characterization of V2O5/CNFs nanocompositesV2O5/CNFs nanocomposites were synthesized by electrospinning to be used as supercapacitor electrode materials.The electrode materials were characterized by SEM,transmission electron microscope(TEM)and XRD.The electrode materials were characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV),constant current charge discharge test(CD)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopyt(EIS),the results showed that the electrode material had the best chemical performance.(3)Preparation and Characterization of V2O5/CMSs nanocompositesV2O5/CMSs nanocomposites were synthesized by electrospinning to be used as supercapacitor electrode materials.The electrode materials were characterized by SEM,and XRD..The electrode materials were characterized by CV,CD and EIS,the results showed that the electrode material had the best chemical performance.
