| China’s infrastructure construction has entered a high-speed development stage,consuming a lot of sand,cement and other building materials every year,with the exploitation of year by year,sand and other natural resources have become exhausted.China is a large country of iron and steel production,after decades of accumulated steel slag amount is huge but not been effectively utilized,which not only pollutes the environment,but also causes a huge waste of resources.The study of steel slag mixture and its application in engineering practice have potential ecological,environmental and social benefits.Creep generally refers to the deformation of concrete with the increase of time under long-term constant load,creep affects the safety,crack resistance and durability of the structure.Steel slag mixture is a relatively new construction material and the research on its various properties is still in the initial stage,the creep study of steel slag mixture adopts the method of long-term laboratory test,which can fill the blank of steel slag mixture in this field and provide reference for the promotion and application in engineering.The results of mechanical property tests show that the compressive strength and elastic modulus increase significantly with the growth of the age,and the age condition has a great influence on the mechanical properties of steel slag mixture.The effects of different ages and creep stress ratios n on creep performance of steel slag mixture were studied by creep test.The deformation rate decreased sharply 88% in one week,and the creep deformation value and shrinkage deformation value increased rapidly in 90 d to reach 88% and 92% of 360 d,respectively.The creep coefficient increases gradually with the increase of load holding time,and the growth rate can reach about 87% of 360 d before 90 d.The earlier the age,the higher the creep coefficient,and the age of 7d is about 1.1 times that of 28 d.The larger the creep stress,the greater the creep coefficient,and the stress ratio of n 0.5 is about 1.4 times that of 0.3.The fitting formulas of shrinkage strain,creep strain and creep coefficient of steel slag mixture can be used to guide engineering practice,and the test results are verified by the common creep prediction models.Figure68;Table32;Reference 63... |
