| Flue gas combined desulfurization and denitrification process of sintering machine of Steel corp is taken as the research object,and the technical research and analysis to meet the national and regional environmental protection emission standards are introduced.1)Principle of ozone preparation and the process requirements of desulfurization and denitrification as a whole system,as well as the selection requirements of main equipment for desulfurization and denitrification.2)Operation process be carried out in terms of stability,economy and safety is introduced,including the start and stop of the ozone system,the absorption tower and the dust collector.3)It analyzes the influence of different factors on the removal of nitrogen oxides by ozone combined denitration and desulfurization method,through pilot test and practical application data.It is found that ozone molar ratio is the most influential parameter in the process of denitration by oxidation.The oxidation rate and the high valence oxidation rate increase with the increase of ozone concentration,but the proportion of high valence oxides is generally less than 30%.In a certain range,the cexistence of sulfur dioxide has little effect on the oxidation and absorption process of nitrogen oxides.At the same time,through experiments and theoretical analysis,it is found that temperature and oxygen content have little effect on the removal process of pollutants.It provides a reference for the stable and efficient operation of the system in the later stage.4)Advantages and disadvantages of different methods of combined desulfurization and denitration used in thiscompany are compared,providing engineering reference for other iron and steel enterprises.From the perspective of pollutant removal effect and cost,the ozone denitrification is a better way in all aspects.Figure 33;Table 9;Reference 67... |
