Because of its high melting point,high hardness and good corrosion resistance,Fe-CrSi ternary alloy has attracted many researchers' attention,and it should be widely used in amorphous alloys and surface coating materials.As one of the main corrosion-resistant alloys,Fe based corrosion-resistant alloy has low price,rich resources and high industrial value.This experiment designs Fe based corrosion-resistant alloy,involving Cr,Si and other major elements.At present,the Fe-Cr-Si alloys have great potential in the properties of high hardness and corrosion resistance,but they are often limited by the machinability of the alloys.In order to study the corrosion resistance of Fe-Cr-Si alloy material under different conditions,the appropriate scheme and alloy composition were selected to prepare Fe-Cr-Si alloy ingot.Combined with the problems found in the actual production and research,the research is summarized,and the experimental data and corrosion mechanism are analyzed to provide reference for the future research and production of improving the corrosion resistance of materials.Based on the chemical composition of a Fe-Cr-Si alloy,a new type of corrosion and heat resistant Fe-Cr-Si alloy was developed by the combination of software calculation and experimental preparation.The precipitation behavior of the elements in each phase and the composition and crystallization process of the alloy elements to the equilibrium phase in the alloy are analyzed;the metallographic microstructure and the microhardness at room temperature are tested and analyzed by means of optical microscope,SEM,EDS and hardness test;then 06cr19ni10 is introduced as the contrast material to study the corrosion loss of weight of three alloy materials in HNO3 solution Check the corrosion resistance under Na Cl and Na2SO4 solution.The high temperature oxidation and high temperature molten salt corrosion tests at 600 ? and 800 ? in air atmosphere are used to judge the corrosion resistance and high temperature performance of materials.Figure 21;Table 12;Reference 49...
