Production of sludge activated carbon conforms to the development principle of sludge recycling.Dehydrated sludge from sewage treatment plant and magnetic materials were used as raw materials,and SMAC was prepared by microwave method.The adsorption performance of SMAC was studied under different activator treatment conditions.In order to improve the adsorption performance by adding sawdust.The SMAC with the highest adsorption performance was microscopically characterized,the adsorption mechanism was analyzed,and activated red X-3B was simulated to study the adsorption and recycling performance.The results show that SMAC absorption performance is influenced by microwave conditions,type and concentration of activating agent,magnetic substance,and quantity of added sawdust.When microwave power is 800 W,microwave time is 6 min,Zn Cl2 concentration is 35%,nm Fe3O4 ratio is 10%,added sawdust ratio is 40%,the iodine value is 500.25 mg/g,the specific surface area is 184.69 mg/g.XRD indicating that SMAC is successfully prepared by microwave method by the diffraction peak of SMAC appeared at 26.939°.FITR results show that SMAC has a variety of functional groups after carbonization and activation,which is favorable for SMAC adsorption.The absorption kinetics conforms to the quasi second order dynamic,the absorption isotherm conforms to the Langmuir,and the reaction is spontaneous heat absorption entropy production reaction.When SMAC is 9 g/L,absorption time is 3 h,solution p H is 3.32,the removal rate of 1000 mg/L activated red X-3B solution is 99%.VSM results show that Hc of SMAC is 39.5 Oe,Mr is 0.68 emu/g,Ms is 6.86emu/g.The magnetism recycling rate is 85%,with repeated and stable recycling efficiency.Recycled SMAC's removal rate of 100 mg/g activated red X-3B is 98% when ultrasound time is 60 min,ratio of carbon/recycled fluid mass is 1:20,recycled fluid p H is 4.The removal rate can reach 85% after six times of recycles.Figure 30;Table 12;Reference 63...
