Hydrosilylation reaction refers to the addition reaction of organic silicon compounds containing Si-H bonds and organic compounds containing unsaturated bonds?mainly olefins,alkynes,ketones,etc.?under certain reaction conditions.In organosilicon chemistry,the hydrosilylation reaction is an important reaction for building bonds such as carbon-silicon and oxygen-silicon.This reaction has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,strong operability,few by-products,and high yields.It is an effective method for preparing various silicon-based functional polymers and silicone monomers in laboratories and industrial production.In the industry,some precious metal catalysts are often used to catalyze hydrosilylation reactions.Although the catalytic activity is high,the cost is increased due to the high price.Therefore,non-precious metal catalysts such as iron,cobalt,and nickel have entered people's vision.This paper mainly introduces two aspects:one is to synthesize a series of carboxylate-containing nitrogen phosphine ligands,and characterize them by NMR and IR.On the other hand,because the nitrogen atom and the phosphine atom have strong electron donating ability,they are very good coordination groups and are easy to coordinate with metals.Therefore,the synthesized nitrogen phosphine ligand and metal iron and cobalt compounds form a catalytic system to catalyze the reaction of1-octene with Ph2Si H2.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,catalyst addition amount,and activator on the conversion and selectivity of the hydrosilylation reaction were also investigated.The effects of the catalyst on the catalysis of different olefins and different silanes were also investigated.Expand the applicability of the substrate.Experimental results show that the catalytic system can efficiently catalyze the reaction of 1-octene with Ph2Si H2 under simple conditions,and has excellent regioselectivity.
