Though polyetheretherketone?PEEK?has excellent physics and chemistry properties,effective preparation of its nanofibers is still of great challenging.Herein,we successfully prepared the PEEK nanofibers for the first time by a elaborate procedure.Firstly,core-shell structure PEEK/polyester nanofibers are obtained by co-axial electrospinning,in which PEEK solution is the inner spinning solution and polyester solution the outer spinning solution.Then,the polyester shell is etched with alkali solution to obtain PEEK nanofibers.The alkali solution treatment also benefits surface functionation of PEEK nanofibers.Consequently,some applications of as-received PEEK nanofiber membrane are explored.The main results in this theisi are list as follow:?1?The influence of electrospinning parameters on the morphology of PEEK nanofibers were systematically investigated and the optimized was confirmed.The microstructure,crystal structure,surface properties,mechanical properties and temperature resistance of as-obtained PEEK nanofiber membranes were in detail characterized.?2?PEEK nanofiber/MIL-53-Al composite membranes were successfully prepared.The growth process,microstructure,crystal structure and hydrothermal stability of the composite membrane were well studied.Based on the decomposable properties of some dyes at 330°C,the recyclic adsorption performance of the composite membrane was studied.The adsorption efficacy of composite membrane can maintained as high as 90%after three cycles,.?3?The microstructure,electrolyte wettability and mechanical properties of PEEK separator were investigated.PEEK separator was assembled into a Li/Li Co O2coin cell battery and the charge and discharge stability during cyclic test were measured.The discharge specific capacity of 150 cycles at 1 C rate could hold at 94%of the initial state.The research of this thesis shows that the PEEK nanofiber membrane prepare by the coaxial electrospinning method has a unique network structure,good wettability,excellent mechanical properties and temperature resistance,and is an ideal matrix for further preparation of functional films.
