As a key accessory to protect the safe operation of flexible pipelines in marine underwater production systems,the bend stiffener requires a higher level of safety than flexible pipelines and requires special design according to the conditions.Based on the previous research results,this paper studies the design,performance and optimization analysis of the bend stiffener for the requirements of the target ocean oil field:1)Functional requirements and performance requirements for marine flexible pipelines according to a marine oilfield project,in order to meet the design goal,the preliminary design of the material and structure of the bend stiffener is carried out from the aspects of design standards,design criteria and design methods.2)For the pre-designed bend stiffener according to the above conditions,considering the three nonlinear conditions of geometry,material and boundary,full-scale modeling,using the professional software such as Orca Flex,Abaqus and Fe-safe,the flange joint structure and polyurethane of the bend stiffener tapered part is subjected to mechanical property analysis and fatigue analysis,respectively.3)In order to optimize the structure of the bend stiffener,aiming at the quality and fatigue performance,based on the curvature analysis,the sensitive parameters of the bend stiffener are analyzed,and the BP neural network full mapping model of the bend stiffener size driving parameter to the fatigue life is established,and this model is not a concrete function expression.Then the particle swarm is used the algorithm performs multi-objective optimization analysis.
