The offshore oil and gas exploration platform has now developed into a mature marine oil and gas resource extraction equipment,integrating drilling and completion,oil/natural gas production and measurement,sewage treatment,oil and gas transportation,production and living power supply,and personnel accommodation and other functions.The production operations have made great contributions to China's oil and gas supply and energy security.With the continuous exploitation of oil and gas reservoirs,oil and gas wells gradually lose their self-spraying production capacity and need to supplement external energy.For this purpose,a gas lift compressor group is required as a gas source auxiliary production tool.At present,oil wells are produced in two ways: electric pump and gas lift;gas wells are gas-assisted mining,and some wells are shut down due to serious fluid accumulation.In order to make rational use of the gas source,it is necessary to reproduce the effluent well first,and then optimize the distribution among the oil well groups.In addition,in order to ensure environmentally friendly production,the platform is also equipped with a sewage treatment device.Considering the space occupied by such equipment,purchase cost and other factors,the number of purchases is limited,resulting in limited overall oil and gas production and processing capacity of the platform.Affected by this,the adjustment of single well production parameters is subject to the overall production capacity of the platform.Therefore,how to use the existing resources of the offshore platform,rationally design the oil and gas well production plan,and economically and efficiently develop the oil and gas resources in the block,which has become the focus of everyone's attention.Guided by the above problems,this paper will start with the analysis of the production capacity of single wells in oil and gas.Based on the study of the characteristics of single well production,the mathematical optimization model will be built and solved with specific problems to achieve efficient development.The specific idea is: for electric pump wells and gas lift oil wells,the existing production data is used to analyze and fit the production characteristic curve,and the production characteristic equation is determined by regression;for the liquefied gas well,the critical liquid carrying model more suitable for the target block should be studied.Calculate and determine the recovery plan of the effusion well,and then determine the total gas volume that can be distributed in the remaining wells;investigate the mathematical solution method for the optimization problems faced by the platform.Finally,the results obtained from each part are combined to establish a mathematical model with nonlinear constraints,using genetic algorithm,using Matlab programming to solve the problem,and optimizing the results,and gradually forming a complete offshore platform oil and gas well group collaborative production optimization program.The results show that:(1)Reasonable selection and optimization of the critical liquid-carrying flow model of gas wells,the production status coincidence rate is 85.7%;(2)Optimized by the mathematical model of collaborative production,the daily oil production is 1.07 square meters,and the model is effective.
