At present,conventional oil and gas is becoming scarcer with year-on-year exploitation,and the exploration and mining technologies for unconventional oil and gas resources such as coalbed methane,shale gas and tight gas are becoming more and more urgent.The natural gas resources in the eastern part of Edong amounted to 15.16 trillion cubic meters,of which coalbed methane accounted for a large proportion and abundant reserves.However,the problem of frequent leakage and leakage is difficult to restrict the excellent drilling of coalbed methane wells.The leakage of wells not only affects the drilling of coalbed methane wells.Cycle and drilling and completion quality,a large amount of plugging materials in the process of plugging,and a series of complicated situations such as stuck drilling,blowout,and well collapse.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the mechanism and evaluation of leakage prevention and leakage of coalbed methane drilling in EdongThis paper takes coalbed methane in Linyi block of Edong as the research object Through rock and drilling fluid sample analysis,scanning electron microscopy analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis and formation pressure coefficient analysis,the causes of well leakage in Linfen area are obtained.Through the investigation of on-site plugging materials and plugging measures,the improvement of on-site plugging technology is summarized.At the officeIn the treatment of lost circulation,the selection and proportioning of plugging materials is very important.According to the basic requirements of plugging materials for coalbed methane wells in Linfen area,this paper selects materials suitable for plugging leakage in Linfen coalbed methane wells.Then through the cross-indoor test,the plugging formula adapted to micro-cracks and large cracks was obtained,and the feasibility of the formula was verified by the DLM-01 type plugging simulation device.Finally,through the field experiment evaluation,the plugging scheme suitable for Linfen block is obtained.This scheme can improve the success rate of plugging operation in Linfen area,and can also provide reference for the plugging work of coalbed methane wells in other parts of Edong.
