Due to the similar physical properties, chemical compositions and mechanics with natural tissues, the hydrogels with three-dimensional network have been extensively studied as biomaterials. In particularly, the injectable hydrogels with biocompatibility, biodegradability and stimuli-responsiveness exhibit broad applications in pharmaceutical delivery, biosensors, tissue engineering,3D cell culture and other pharmaceutical and industrial fields.Recently, the injectable hydrogels display various advantages in the field of drug delivery for cancer treatment because of their high drug storage capability and sustained drug release profiles.(1)In this paper, the nanocomposite-polymer hydrogels were fabricated as drug delivery systems for the combination hyperthermia and chemotherapy cancer therapy.Firstly,an injectable hydrogel with p H-induced degradability was prepared by the reaction of phenylboronic acid and catechol. The hydrogel containing photothermal conversion agents and anticancer drugs was applied for sequential photothermal and chemo-therapy.The in vitro cytotoxicity experiments and in vivo assays proved the excellent antitumor efficacy of combination therapy and good biocompatibility of the hydrogel system.(2)the magnetic Fe3O4and anticancer drugs were introduced to a injectable hydrogel drug delivery system for the hyperthermia and chemo therapy. The injectable nanocompiste hydrogels showed excellent magnetic hyperthermia capability and sustained drug release profiles.(3)Finally,an injectable polyelectrolyte hydrogel were fabricated for incorporation of Mo S2nanosheets and antiangiogenesis agents(CA4P).The nanocomposte hydrogel were preliminarily explored for the starvation therapy and low-temperature photothermal therapy. The results indicated that the hydrogel exhibited good biodegradability,drug-loading properties and good low-temperature photothermal effect. This study provides new strategies for the fabrication of injectable hydrogels for combination thermal-therapies.
