As a system to simplify mine transportation,the orepass has the characteristics of high production efficiency and low cost.It is widely used in underground mining of metal mines and as an efficient and low-cost downward transportation of ore(waste stone)in multi-stage mines transportation.It is the key projects to ensure safe and efficient production of mines.Therefore,it is of great significance to mine development to reveal the movement law of the rock mass in the orepass and its Mechanism of mechanics on the orepass wall,improve the structure of the orepass and its support mode,and fundamentally solve the stability problem of the orepass.This paper takes the main orepass of an iron mine as the actual research background,relying on The movement characteristics and the damage evolution mechanism of orepass wall of the materials flowing in the orepass,Project of General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China,adopted a combination of theoretical analysis,field measurements,similar experiments,and data fitting to study the movement of ore,the characteristics of the wall failure,the mechanism of damage evolution,and the collision distribution range when the main orepass is unloaded.The influencing factors are analyzed.The main research contents and results of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on the kinematics of space,the movement model of ore is established.Combined with similar physical experiments,the movement law of the ore in the orepass is studied,and the movement characteristics of the ore are revealed.It is concluded that the deformation of the wall is the impact of the ore.The result of the interaction with the impact and shear.(2)Based on the theory of friction and wear,the damage mechanism of the orepass wall and the elastic recovery coefficient and shear recovery coefficient of the wall are studied.The specific calculation process is given,and the deformation and failure law of the sliding well wall under impact and shear is revealed.It is concluded that the volume and velocity of the rock block affect the elastic recovery coefficient and shear recovery coefficient of the wall.(3)Based on the theory of friction and wear,the failure mechanism of the orepass wall is revealed.It is pointed out that the impact and shear failure of the orepass of the slip well is the micro-cutting effect of the rock mass on the orepass wall.The calculation method of the volume loss of the surrounding rock wall under the impact of different shape of ore is presented.(4)Based on the trajectory equation of the ore moving in the orepass,combined with the failure characteristics and damage mechanism of the orepass wall,the influencing factors of the failure distribution range of the wall are studied.It is concluded that the magnitude and direction of the movement speed of the ore affect the initial collision range of the wall.The initial collision range of the wall,and the secondary collision distribution range is related to the physical and mechanical parameters of the ore and the orepass wall.
