The paper is based on bench blasting in Anshan Guanbaoshan Mine.In view of the problem that the vibration speed monitored by blasting safety regulations does not exceed the limit,and the vibration level monitored by environmental vibration standards of urban areas exceeds the limit when environmental protection departments conduct blasting vibration monitoring in sensitive points near residential areas.At present,most blasting construction only considers the safety of the building(structure),ignores the psychological bearing capacity of the residents around the mine,and falls far short of the requirement of sustainable development of the mine.In order to solve the above problems,based on GuanBaoshan Mine bench blasting objects,using theoretical analysis research method,blasting vibration signal energy calculation method is proposed,using the new environmental vibration test system,studied the transmission characteristics of environmental vibration parameter,improve the environment vibration evaluation scheme,the numerical simulation method,the proposed control scheme of environment vibration effect,achieved good results in engineering application.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The Nonlinear Chirp Mode Decomposition and the Hilbert transform principle are compared with the empirical mode decomposition simulation method,which shows that the variational Nonlinear Chirp Mode Decomposition has good anti-noise performance and eliminates the problem of mode overlap.The calculation model of VHT signal energy is established.(2)Based on the theory of blasting vibration wave propagation and the principle of statistics,the attenuation characteristics of the velocity amplitude and vibration level of the environmental particle are revealed.The reliability verification of the structure test around the mining area is carried out by using the built environmental vibration level model.The relative error between the actual value and the theoretical value of the vibration level is within the range of 1.1?10.1%.(3)Using VHT signal energy calculation method of particle vibration velocity and particle vibration acceleration calculated energy distribution,the velocity and the magnitude of vibration energy in different frequency band energy distribution,found the same station standard vibration velocity and vibration level is not standard,analyzes the distance,quantity,and the size of the delay time of vibration level,and the influence of the magnitude of vibration energy band distribution.(4)This paper presents a control technique to reduce the environmental vibration effect.By means of numerical simulation,the propagation law of shock absorption hole to explosion stress wave is analyzed,and the influence of different parameters of large aperture hole,such as the number of holes,aperture,hole depth and location of shock absorption hole on blasting vibration velocity and vibration level is simulated,and reasonable parameters of shock absorption hole are determined.The results of the simulation are verified in the mine field,and the test shows that the large hole size can reduce the vibration effect of blasting environment,which is consistent with the simulation results.
