To prepare nickel-based composite coatings with good corrosion resistance and hydrogen evolution catalytic performance,Ni-Sn/TiO2 composite coating was prepared by pulse electrodeposition with Q235 steel as the matrix.The effect of pulse duty cycle,plating time,stirring rate and the mass fraction of TiO2 on the composition,surface morphology,roughness and corrosion resistance of Ni-Sn/TiO2 coating was investigated by energy dispersive spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,laser confocal microscopy,Tafel curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,the deposition mechanism of Ni-Sn/TiO2 composite coating was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and chronoamperometry.NiW/MoS2 composite coating was prepared with pure copper as the matrix.The effect of MoS2 activation time,current density,the mass fraction of SDS and the mass fractionon of MoS2 on the composition,3D morphology,roughness and hydrogen evolution performance of Ni-W/MoS2 coating was investigated by energy dispersive spectroscopy,laser confocal microscopy,Tafel curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results of Ni-Sn/TiO2 composite coating show that the best electrodeposition process with corrosion resistance are pulse duty cycle 0.2,plating time 30 min,stirring rate 40 rpm,and the best corrosion resistance TiO2 mass fraction is 5 g·L-1.The electrodeposition process of Ni-Sn/TiO2 composite coating has nucleation behavior,the electrode reaction is an irreversible process,the electrodeposition process is mainly controlled by kinetics,and the nucleation mechanism is instantaneous nucleation.The results of Ni-W/MoS2 composite coating show that the best electrodeposition process for hydrogen evolution is: MoS2 activation time 4 min,current resistance 7A·dm-2,the best hydrogen evolution performance of SDS mass fraction is 0.4 g·L-1,MoS2 mass fraction is 1.0 g·L-1.Figure40;Table35;Reference 79...
