Three kinds of magnetite used in Tanggang production are used as raw materials for pelletizing.The alkalinity was adjusted by adding quicklime,the MgO content was adjusted by adding dolomite,and the SiO2 content was adjusted by different percentages of three iron ore powders.Optimized process parameters for green pellet preparation and pellet roasting.Combined with microscopic methods such as XRD,SEM-EDS and polarized mineral phase microscopy,under the reasonable roasting process,the effects of alkalinity,MgO and SiO2 percentages on the formation,transformation and element migration of pellets during the roasting process were explored.The reasons for the change of metallurgical properties of pellets are described,and the ore-forming behavior of pellets is clarified,and reached the following conclusions:Discovered by optimizing the green ball preparation process,when the suitable moisture content of raw ball is kept at 8.0% and the preparation time is controlled at 10 min,the ball forming rate is maintained at above 90% and the ball forming rate is good.The compressive strength,drop strength and bursting temperature of pellets are mainly affected by the size composition,physical properties and moisture content of pellets.Through to the pellets roasting process optimization experiment research found that On the premise of meeting the strength of the pellets and considering the influence of the pellet adhesion rate,the comprehensive analysis shows that the preheating temperature of the first stage is set at 800? and lasts for 4 min;The preheating temperature of the second stage is set at 1000? and lasted for 7 min;The roasting temperature is set at 1250? and lasts for 20 min,which is the most reasonable.After observing the ore phase structure,mineral composition analysis and element distribution of the pellets,when the alkalinity of the magnesium flux pellets is 1.0,the MgO content is 1.8%,and the SiO2 content is 5.0%,the liquid content in the pellets Suitable,the mineral composition is good,and the comprehensive metallurgical properties of pellets are the best.Figure 53;Table 35;Reference 70...
