In view of the serious problems of low-temperature reduction pulverization of vanadium and titanium sinter,the effects of different ratio of iron fine powder on phase structure and metallurgical properties of sinter were analyzed by means of optical microscope,XRD and other equipment.Two kinds of magnetite sinters with similar chemical compositions were studied.Studies had found that through in the aspect of raw material proportioning,kuangfen reduction and high silicon Macao powder increased result in the different phase structure and metallurgical properties,with the emergence of skeletal hematite,hematite,in the development of granular structure,low temperature pulverization of sinter significantly worse,explain the change of the ratio of raw materials will affected the quality of sinter.The structure and metallurgical properties of vanadium-titanium sinter were studied based on different ratio vanadium-titanium-ferric powder.The analysis shows that the main reason for the reduction of the low-temperature reduction pulverization rate of sinter is that the mineral composition of the bonding phase in sinter tends to be simplified,so as to avoid the sinter crushing caused by different stresses during the cooling process and increase its strength.The reduction of calcium ferrite in the bonding phase causes the metal to extrude with each other,resulting in poor structure,showing hard and brittle,gradually expanding bubbles,and the low-temperature reduction pulverization rate of the sinter increases.The structure and metallurgical properties of vanadium-titanium sinter were studied based on different ratio of ordinary iron powder.The analysis shows that the addition of hematite type iron powder in sintering will reduce hematite to magnetite,and the crystal lattice will change under the action of reducing gas,resulting in the distortion of structure,resulting in great internal stress,resulting in severe crushing under mechanical action,resulting in the increase of low-temperature reduction pulverization rate.The size of grains will affect the reducibility of sinter.Magnetite has small grains and little intergrain bonding phase.This kind of sinter is easy to be reduced at 800?,while largegrain magnetite is difficult to be reduced or only reduced on the surface when it is surrounded by silicate bonding phase.Figure 39;Table 21;Reference 69...
