Titanium alloy is widely used in the medical field due to their good properties.However,it still have the disadvantages of high modulus of elasticity,poor corrosion resistance,poor bioactivity and poor antibacterial properties.First-principles method and d-electron theory were used to design alloy composition,titanium alloy matrix was prepared by powder metallurgy method,and nano-oxide layer was prepared on the alloy surface by anodization method.Finally,HA and HACu Zn composite coatings were prepared on the surface of alloy samples with nano-oxide layer by plasma spraying technology.The microstructure,phase composition,mechanical properties,biological activity,corrosion resistance,cytotoxicity and antibacterial property of the sample were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,X-ray diffractometer(XRD),universal testing machine,automatic scratchometer,electrochemical workstation,biomimetic mineralization method,MTT method and antibacterial experiment,respectively.The experimental results show that the experimental verification have certain guiding significance for the experiment.When the Zr content is 3 wt% and the Ta content is 6 wt%,the majority of the pentad Ti-10Mo-28Nb-3Zr-6Ta alloy matrix has a ? phase structure,and the alloy has an elastic modulus that matches the human bone(27.59 GPa)and higher compressive strength(635 MPa).Nanotubes prepared by anodic oxidation have the pore diameter of 50?70 nm,the pore wall thickness of 15 nm,and the length of 100 nm.The prepared HA coating and HACu Zn composite coating are both 50 ?m thick.The HACu Zn coating has the best adhesion is 21.3 N.Both the HA coating and the HACu Zn composite coating sample covered a large amount of bone-shaped apatite by in vitro bioactivity experiments.HA coating has the best corrosion resistance through electrochemical experiments.Cytotoxicity experiments show that each sample is no cytotoxicity and have excellent biological activity.The HACu Zn composite coating has obvious antibacterial property when the content of Cu and Zn are 0.4 wt%,respectively.Figure 51;Table 17;Reference 87...
