Two-dimensional nanomaterials and van der Waals heterostructures based on two-dimensional nanomaterials have many unique microstructures.These microstructures have an interesting effect on the mechanical oscillation process of nanomechanical res-onators.In this paper,we perform molecular dynamics simulations to study the two microstructures,including micro-puckered structure of group IV elements monolayers,and misfit strain in the graphene/Mo S2heterostructure.The main works are as follows:?1?The effect of the micro-puckered structure of group IV elements monolayers on the nanomechanical resonator was studied.The quantitative relationship between oscillation amplitude and quality factor is obtained,and the micromechanism of energy dissipation is analyzed.It reveals that during the large-scale oscillation process,the micro-puckered structure will undergo structural transformation,destroying the collective oscillation process,which leads to rapid dissipation of the oscillation energy.?2?The effect of interlayer misfit strain in the graphene/Mo S2heterostructure on the nanomechanical resonator was studied.The influence of the misfit strain on the oscillator quality factor is revealed.Due to the misfit strain,decoupling phenomenon occurs between the graphene layer and the Mo S2layer during the resonant oscillation,making the mechanical oscillations between the two layers unsynchronized,which results in large energy dissipation for oscillation.By studying the effect of the unique microstructure of the two-dimensional nanos-tructure on the nanomechanical resonator,this article reveals two new energy dissipation mechanisms and provide some theoretical basis for the application of two-dimensional nanomaterials in the field of mechanical resonators.
