The decomposition furnace is the core equipment of the preheating decomposition system.Whether the decomposition furnace can work stably has an important impact on the raw meal decomposition rate,clinker quality and output.The decomposition furnace outlet temperature is an important indicator of the stable operation of the decomposition furnace.In this paper,the Hammerstein model of the decomposition furnace outlet temperature is constructed and controlled.This article first introduces the research status of this topic at home and abroad,and briefly explains the main research content of this article.Next,the process flow of the cement preheating decomposition system and the basic working principle of the main equipment are introduced,and the relationship between the outlet temperature of the decomposition furnace and the wind,material and coal is derived from the control mechanism of the system.This article uses conservation law to establish the mechanism model of cyclone preheater and calciner.Due to the complexity of the system model,it is difficult to establish an accurate mechanism model,so this paper uses data-driven modeling.Firstly,the ARMAX temperature model is established.The next step is to establish the Hammerstein model,which is formed by concatenating the least square support vector machine and the ARMAX model.The simulation results show that the Hammerstein temperature model can accurately and stably estimate the outlet temperature of the calciner based on real-time data.Aiming at the Hammerstein model,a two-step generalized predictive control is adopted to transform the nonlinear predictive control problem into a linear model predictive control and a nonlinear model inversion problem.This simplifies the solution of the control algorithm of the nonlinear model.The predictive control algorithm is applied to the temperature control of the decomposition furnace outlet temperature.In this paper,the optimization control system simulation platform was verified.The results show that it is feasible to use this control strategy to control the temperature of the decomposition furnace outlet temperature.
