The stimuli responsive biomimetic hydrogel combined the conjugated polymer with the network structure hydrogel to form a composite hydrogel with multiple stimuli response.The hydrogels have excellent fluorescence characteristics,signal amplification characteristics and good mechanical properties of polymer hydrogels,which play an important role in determining cell behavior mediated by signal transduction pathways.The hydrogel plays an important role in imitating natural interaction processes,environmental monitoring and plant physiological activity monitoring.This thesis is focused on the preparation and properties of multiple stimuli responsive hydrogels.The main contents are as follows.1. A new type of composite hydrogel,supramolecular assembly(SA),was formed bythe interaction of water soluble conjugated polymer PFBT and hydrogel 3OEG-PIC,and the composite hydrogel was characterized.Through the optical experiment,with the increase of 3OEG-PIC in PFBT solution,the emission peak of fluorene unit at 420 nm gradually decreases,and the emission peak of BT unit at 535 nm is gradually increased.The new composite hydrogels designed by us provide a new idea for the design of the response to the design of hydrogel materials and the design of the fluorescence sensing system,and a concept of multiple irritation response composite hydrogels is proposed.2. Aiming at the excellent characteristics of conjugated polymers and hydrogels,the following experiments were designed.The thermo mechanical response of polymer SA is studied by rheological analysis.It shows that SA has similar stress hardening properties with many biopolymer gels.In situ detection of highly sensitiveinitiated the energy transfer from the fluorene unit to the BT site.Using carbonic anhydrase catalyzed experiments,and HCO3~-transformed each other further lead to the fluorescence energy transfer of SA.The p H response experiment simulates the biological system and induces the fluorescence energy transfer of the composite hydrogel.The multiple stimuli response characteristics of conjugated polymer PFBT and hydrogel 3OEG-PIC were achieved.
