Through comparative analysis,design the intelligent inspection car for safety parameters of chemical enterprises,choose ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)chip STM32F103 RC as the main control chip.Comprehensively consider the safety parameters of chemical companies: whether the roads of chemical companies are unblocked,whether people are in safe areas,and whether people wear safety helmets,Design a smart car with functions of obstacle avoidance,speed measurement,tracking,video monitoring,safety parameter detection and identification,etc.Compare and design the hardware of the smart car.Study the control algorithm of smart car.Compare the servo control and differential control algorithms,establish the differential speed control Matlab model and carry out simulation test,the simulation results prove the feasibility of differential speed control.Use the ultrasonic module to detect whether the road of chemical enterprises is smooth,and research the obstacle avoidance control algorithm.Fuzzy control is used for obstacle avoidance.Seeker Optimization Algorithm(SOA)is used to optimize fuzzy control.Simulation results show that the optimized fuzzy obstacle avoidance requires fewer steps and better obstacle avoidance effects.Carry out the software design and debugging of the smart car,including the safety detection of personnel in the safety parameters,each module,the host computer and the final debugging.The difference between frames is used to detect people,and the Hue Saturation Value(HSV)mode and the size of a general helmet are used to detect whether a helmet is worn.For unsafe people,use Local Binary Patterns(LBP)to extract facial features and optimize the firefly algorithm back propagation(BP)neural network to recognize the face for warning.The use of C #.NET language for the design of the computer upper computer can better control the car and debug the smart car.The results show that the smart car can perform normal walking and obstacle avoidance,and can detect and display the safety parameters in the host computer to meet the expected functional requirements.
